Don't give 0 stars because is not possible, be aware they are the worst in the UK selling cars, they will sell you a damaged car and them try to put the blame on you, i and my partner bought a car from car world supermarket and we had to put the car in a garage the next day because we lived very far from Peterborough we couldn't take the car back to them, we called we had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with some guy, a very nasty and rude person that instead of helping try to put the blame on us and in his brain it was normal that the car had broken down, after all was a 2 hand car, when i try to explain that was not normal because the car had been bought a day before he start being nasty and calling you names, and that the car was only £3500 and not £10000 because that will be different, i spoke with this person 7 or 8 times, all the times he told me that he knew what he was talking about, after all he was a certified mechanic, i guess he told me this so many times because i thing he needed reassurance. You have been worn so if you decide to buy a car there you know the risk, i regret so much not reading the reviews before

After a year of issues and finally my complaints being taken up by the Financial Ombudsman I have finally been able to reject the car I purchased from Carworld. I purchased a Volvo C70 from them but after the sale there was no support at all regardless of whether you have also purchased a warranty. When I first agreed on the car it was on the understanding that some dents would be taken out. When I returned to collect the car they had not been done. I returned it a number of times and they still couldn't get them out. Then the doors starting opening when driving. They still refused to give me my money back or even look at an alternative car. Insisting on fixing it in their workshop. They were never able to fix it but still refused to give me any money back. Eventually the Ombudsman found in my favour and the car has been rejected and I have got some of my money back. At least I will not have to have any more to do with this shower.

Stupidly I paid the deposit for a car after they promised they would fix some significant items before I collected it. When I collected it they had not done that and I am still waiting after countless calls and emails they have never responded to.

HI ALL THE CAR SUPERMARKET PETERBOROUGH IS RAN BY PEOPLE THAT DO NOT GIVE A STUFF ABOUT YOU OR ME, THEY "DO NOT HAVE AN AFTERSALES" THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SPELL THE WORD. I BOUGHT A DRESSED UP WRECK FROM THESECLOWNS AND NOW HAVE YEARS OF PAIN AND HUGE REPAIR BILLS AHEAD OF ME KEEP WELL CLEAR AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a Freelander in early December in good faith. I handed over my much loved Volvo in good working order and parted with an extra £5000, which included an extended warrranty. I noticed within a day or two that the rear wind screen wiper did not work. I rang Carworld, they told me the warranty would not cover a trip to Landrover, but they would have a look at it. That was only the start. Two weeks after buying the vehicle, both keys failed to open the locks. With some difficulty, I ended up using the emergency locking system. No one would come and open the vehicle! And no one would fix it! A week later I had to travel 40 miles to Boston's Landrover dealer. I now have a working car and a bill for £530. DO NOT BUY from Carworld.
