Fairlawns Hotel and Spa, Aldridge

Six of us went to Fairlawns for an overnight stay which included access to the spa facilities, refreshments (including a delicious lunch) and a couple of treatments. Most of us booked additional treatments and we were all really impressed with the friendliness of both the ladies that looked after our planning and the therapists. The relaxation area ( a warm lounge with starry sky and reading lights) was a much appreciated addition since our previous visit and it is nice to see the place continuing to develop. The overnight stay was near faultless - clean rooms, delicious dinner served by experienced but friendly staff. Things like linen table cloths, a choice of butters and an imaginative menu set this place apart from so many others where corners are being cut all the time. It is obvious from the moment you arrive that the place is family run and they deserve both success and support along with congratulations on their team who always went the extra mile. Many thanks we will be back.

We had an Absolutley Awful experience at this spa which is in a hotel.Given a Nasty stained Gown very poor customer service by the most unknowledgable and uncaring staff I have ever encountered. Very busy with people on chap deals and it showed i.e not particularly clean. Pool areas not luxurious, bit poor really. Just not a relaxing or pleasant experience.

Wish I had known that the place was gving really cheap deals beforehand, if you can get one of them go for it , but dont pay full price you can get a lot lot better.

We could not have had better attention from the moment we made our initial enquiry right through until the day itself which was FABULOUS. Everybody we dealt with at the hotel was polite and friendly and showed a real interest in working with us to make our day extra special. We could not have asked for more and all our guests were really impressed too!
