The Published Hotel Details Are "not What Is In The Tin"
The accommodation is remote from the reception and dining room part of the "trek" to the dining room is in the open. The hotel is totally unsuitable for people who are not able to walk very well. Food is also only average. I waited 17 minutes to be attended to by the treetop dining room front of house staff on my last night.
The hotel is nothing more than a "Butlins" for adults.

We visit on a regular basis and always recommend this hotel.Guests are all made very welcome from start of stay to end.The improvements in the Hotel and grounds are first class. The Team go all the way to make your stay special, with the first class entertainment and daily options to participate in. Well done Ian and the Team, keep the good work up!!
