I purchased a built in oven via AppliancesBargains website and paid £317. They stated the product was available. They processed my credit card transaction which was authorised. They sent me an email stating;

I contacted my credit card Company HSBC and they stated that ApplianceBargains is a fraudulent website.

So i have been misleaded and defrauded of £317 by this website Company........more fool me.

I have handed this over to the Fraud Dispute Team of HSBC.

Suggest you avoid this Company and blacklist it.

Appliance Bargains' website is easy to understand and order from. I decided on a delivery date and later changed my mind so I phoned them and they answered immediately and altered the delivery date. I received email confirmation of this. I ordered an oven and it was delivered in perfect condition at about 14.00 on the delivery date.

Appliance Bargains had the best price I could find (and free delivery) for a Bosch integrated dishwasher. I had a question to ask about the appliance and called the Sales line. The sales girl was helpful and informative and actually recommended a cheaper Bosch dishwasher! The web site was clear and easy to navigate and I was able to select a delivery date before purchasing by credit card and soon after received an email confirmation of my order and payment. So far so good! The day before the due delivery date I received confirmation of dispatch by email which was very helpful. Finally, the courier called me at work on the day of delivery to say he would be at my house in 20 minutes with my appliance! I couldn't be happier with the deal I got and the service from Appliance Bargains is amongst the best I've experienced. Will definitely use again!
