Island importer truly did have a huge part in making my day as special as it was. After my friend told me the great service she had recieved from them I decided to give them a try from my destination wedding. I ordered my hubby the linen pants shirt and vest (boy did he look yummy) and the grooms men the pants and ash coloured ss linen shirt. They looked amazing as well. My pictures turned out beautiful and everyone complimented us on the good looking wedding party we had.

I wanted our son to match my hubby but because he was only 16 months at the time they didn't have anything in his size. So they made him a custom outfit (identical to my hubby's) at no extra cost!

If you want value for your dollar. Go with island importer. INCREDIBLE!!!

After browsing through several websites to shop for our upcoming destination beach wedding, I stumbled upon Island Importer. I was really impressed with the design options and the cost. That impression carried through until I finally received what I ordered. Will definitely recommend.

I was very disappointed with Island importer

I was a groomsman at a wedding several weeks ago. We were trying to make a decision on if we had to order one more outfit at nearly the last minute for a really expensive price and we called them. They acted like they could definitely get the item there, but the day of the wedding it turned out they had miscommunicated with UPS and it was never shipped!! Now that it was REALLY the last minute, we had to go out and hunt around for like clothes. MISERABLE.

They sent us two confirmation emails, but both had wrong tracking #s!!

This basically ruined photo sessions for them.

I felt we received poor customer service as they seemed rude towards us when we first explained what had happened to them on Monday (two days after the wedding because there isn't a phone number listed to reach them on weekends!). After they appeared rude, and we responded back, we didn't receive any response at all or any refund for the initial clothes.

Honestly, just an overall disheartening experience. I would have just gone to the mall to pick up matching clothes, but they sent me two confirmation emails saying it shipped and told me over the phone that it was coming!

Island Importer has a wide range of casual and beach wedding clothes with excellent customer service. Quick and prompt delivery.

Awesome products! I don't think you can find linen outfits as complete and of good value anywhere else!

We had our wedding in St. John on 7/25/07 and I just wanted to thank you for your great customer service and a GREAT product. We ordered 3 of the pondok dresses in the sunset colors and 3 of the linen majorca shirts in natural and they looked AWESOME on our wedding party. My daughters looked amazing in the dresses and the colors were PERFECT!! I felt like I looked around forever and when I stumbled upon your website I finally found exactly what I wanted!
