I think that Wal-Mart has the best prices for everyday household goods. I save my family thousands per year by using wal-mart as much as possible, and their shipping options are quick and reasonably priced. Wal-Mart rocks!

“Went through whole process and then told no gift cards”

I went through the whole time consuming process of shopping online, only to find out at checkout "Gift cards not accepted." What a waste of time and how ridiculous!

“Still waiting on 2 day delivery”

I ordered a total of 46 (all food) items which end up in 6 different deliveries. According to their email the bulk of the items were supposed to come in two days the rest in three. In two days I received 5 items, in 4 days I received another 4 items. now on day 7 I am still waiting on packages I was told after calling would arrive on day 6 plus one that no one could find that was reshipped and should arrive on day 8. I am glad I decided not to order the frozen chicken.

“LOOKING FOR A LAWSUIT!!!!”

Box arrived with next to no packing material. Looked like all items just thrown in box. Container of Comet powder cleanser had broken open so they just cellophane taped it together again and packed it with the box of "Cream of Wheat", which was also broken open. Who needs sugar, when you can have your breakfast cereal with Comet. 22"x15"x12" high box with their broken box garbage just thrown in and taped shut and thrown out the warehouse door.

“Extra small text on order forms. Pay attention!”

When ordering items online, pay attention to the small print. Some items are NOT RETURNABLE to WalMart stores. You might need to pay shipping costs to return items to the shipper.

“failing customer service”

under cover boss needs to go into these stores. 2 times have gone in recently in the past 6 months because I hate it there and the workers when you find one act like your bothering them I feel like I am disturbing them to ask a question or pay. They have extreme lack of knowledge on all levels from product to sale items and your treated horribly being disregarded when you fork out 500 dollars really!!! I went yesterday as they are doing black Friday presales and not one of them even new about it so insane. I said they should have a meeting on what is going on instore.. The lady agreed, but my goodness I ask if they have the ipad no we don't I explain here it is in the flyer , no I don't know about that we are sold out, same with the TV ad , no we sold out, someone else walks up to another worker she checks he gets 2 , oh they were in the back. Next item no we don't have anymore they sold out- pots and pans by tfal.. what did you have one available or something. The ad that Walmart put out was and is deceptive just bringing in customers while there is no actual products on sale.

“Complete Disreguard tor the Customer”

I ordered three items from Walmart.com. Very soon after that I received an email saying the order had shipped. I was delighted. The next day I received another email saying two of the items in my order hadn't shipped and they would sent them when they came in or cancel that part of the order in ten days. I didn't have ten days to find out if they would actually ship the most important item in the order so I send a request for them to cancel the order. They said they would but didn't. After ordering the product on Amazon.com and getting a confirmation that it is on the way, Walmart.com sent me an email saying the remaining part of the order would ship. Now I have to return the Walmart.com order. Oh, I forgot to mention, Walmart.com showed the missing parts were available on line while telling me they weren't They shouldn't have shipped a part order without getting my approval. When I asked them to cancel the remaining two items in the order they should have but didn't. All and all I found this one of the most unbelievable online shopping experiences I've ever had.

“Shop Around For Better Pricing”

WalMart has always touted their $4.00 price list. I am here to tell you if your medications are not on that $4.00 list, shop around! Do not assume they are the lowest prices, because chances are, they are NOT. I am a chronic pain patient and most of the drugs I take are NOT on that list, but they are almost double the price at a regular pharmacy! Don't get burned on your medications, pick up the phone and do some calling around, it will amaze you at how over-priced they are next to the mom & pop pharmacies. I did! Not to mention going in there with 6 people working behind the counter, I had one lousey prescription to fill and the woman looked at me with a straight face and said it will be ready in 90 minutes, go ahead and shop for awhile........no way, I took everything to our local pharmacist, saved half my money and was out the door in 11 minutes. We are NOT sheep, left to stand and wait. It never enters my mind to take a script there after that. WalMart pharmacy, you can have them, they are nothing but time and money suckers!

“Useless!”

Twin Falls employees are less than helpful! I've called a couple times wondering if they carried a product so I wouldn't have to pack my family to the store and go down the isles in search. Today I called, was transferred to someone who never answered, my call went back to the operator who transferred me again to a six minute wait with no response. I hung up and called again saying that I shouldn't have to wait that long for service and to please transfer my call to someone who could actually help me. Was transferred to a woman who said, "I think we carry that product". But never actually confirmed. The store employees could definitely benefit from a 411 class on customer service and product knowledge!

“Some Good, Some Bad”

I've had a good experience with walmart.com before when I ordered an mp3 player. It shipped out fast and arrived in time for Christmas. Another time, when I was trying the option to pay for an item online and then the store contacts you the same day when the order is ready, well, that didn't go well. I paid online, waited for the text that my order was ready and it never came. Found out the store didn't have my item, a printer. It took forever to get my money refunded to my card. So, be careful when buying online to pickup the same day from the store - it doesn't always work out.
