Hotel itself is big and impressive from the front. As is the reception area. Check in took longer than expected as our room was not ready, then we had these extra taxes to pay etc etc. Eventually got to the room, which was clean, and large with the sea view I had asked for. The hotel is very clean and tidy, the staff are helpful, friendly, and speak some English. The pool area provides towels, sunbeds and is generally clean. However the pool is FREEZING- the sea was warmer. The food is the same thing every day, and seems to take a nose dive in standards if the hotel has another function on. A pen could not be borrowed from reception/bar/ or pool bar!!!! The main bar in the hotel is not all inclusive, neither is room service or the mini bar!!! No attempt was made to make us feel special during our HONEYMOON, despite me mentioning it to both the rep and the hotel. It was a nice relaxing 9 nights away but no way would I call this a 5* resort.
