Have Ordered From The Climber Store, Got Nothing,
Have ordered from the climber store, got nothing, I have sent three messages, and heard nothing the package has missed the birthday it was intended for. I am going on holiday and am very dissatisfied with the service. Rubbish service, Rubbish customer relations - no way to run a business - very unhappy. No phone number is very annoying

Ordered A Watch, Recived A Mail To Tell Me It Had
Ordered a watch, recived a mail to tell me it had been dispatched the same day. In fact, it hadn't been. The following day, they dispatched an empty box. Still no watch. I'm really annoyed that there's no telephone number to contact them with, only email, for which I'm still awaiting a response...
Avoid them like the plague - this is just a rip off. I'm out £135 for an empty box!!!

More than one week passed, haven't received item yet. Send two emails to them. I've got no any replay. Then I called them. It's voice mail all the time. Lefe vioce mail message, no replay. Claimed my payment back.
I wish I'd seen your review before I bothered to order from them - I might have saved myself some money.

Exceptional service at The Climber Store, I was very surprised to have such good service. I initially made a mistake on my posting address but and was pleasantly surprised with their customer service. I ordered my item and had it with me the next day! Excellent communication and quite different to some of the other experience I've had online. Have recommended to others!

I First Bought A Helmet From The Climber Store And
I first bought a helmet from The Climber Store and was very impressed. Although the site seems a little limited, once i placed an order I needed to change the order slightly (change the colour of the helmet) and found the customer service to be excellent. As an aid climber I've been struggling to find a decent supplier which charges decent rates. I was quite excited to get a newsletter from them with a 10% sale on some of the aid gear and I've been recommending the site to friends since. As a climber I like to know my money is going to a climber and these guys seem to be the real deal, a small outfit offering decent prices and personality.
