As a dancer I found The Muscle Book by Paul Blakey to be a very informative and an interesting read. It details the full names amd diagrams of the muscles and bones which can be affected by injury and gives helpful tips on what to do incase of injury and how to prevent it.
Highly recommended to other dancers and dance teahchers.
