I registered with Headway 5 months ago. They NEVER get in touch with any jobs and yet I see jobs that are perfect for my experience online that are through Headway. I ring about these jobs and they apologise for not staying in touch and then promise to call me back with more info regarding the position I've seen advertised but they NEVER do. I have recently given up on Headway and have just signed on with 2 other agencies, both of which contact me periodically just to touch base. I agree with other reviews - don't waste your time!!

I've applied for a few jobs through Headway, they have emailed me asking me to call them. Every time I call them the agent I want to speak to is busy, I leave my phone number and I get another email to call them back. They say they have urgent immediate roles but they don't seem to be too determined to get through to potential candidates with the right experience. I don't know how this agency still exists. I don't know anyone with anything good to say about Headway recruitment.

I saw a job and applied to headway few days ago, the agent called me straight away, and she was so rude, instead of telling me that she might have other role for me, she told me that its a NO for me to apply for the job. Furthermore, she was really angry about me applying for the job. I mean, if I'm not suitable for the role, why she called me then? was it just to be mean?

I never experienced such rude and unprofessional recruitment agent in my whole life, and I suggest everyone, never ever, apply for a job via Headway, or if you see advert with Headway, and Suki Suhota is the agent, RUN, don't apply!

Also, if you check the testimonials in their website, its really weird they don't put the company name, so I think the wrote the testimonials themselves.

Well I applied to couple of Headway Recruitment vacancies with a CV including my reference details. I had not received any contact to register/ or about the roles I applied to. My references then contacted me saying they keep getting e-mails from Headway recruitment. My contacts tell me they get theses e-mails once/ twice a week

I don't think this company seems very professional at all.
