Was really looking forward to this with our three year old, the show was poor, you can't meet Santa, you can't stroke the animals and the whole thing was over so quickly, a real disappointment and let down, just a money making scam in my opinion

Complete waste of money took my two sons 7 and 8 I was very excited to take them thinking it was going to be really good for them but its nothing like on the advert or photos it seemed very rushed all over way to quickly santa comes on for max of five mins kids dont get to speak to him then after the very short show you get to see a range of animals that are all locked away so you cant stroke them or take a pic with them might as well go to the zoo you get closer to the animals waste of time and money even the kids were bored NEVER again. I had to put one star on rating and value for money just to continue but I wouldnt of ticked any stars if I didnt have to.

Winter Wonderland was fantastic for my 2 year old. Playing in the snow, sledging, see all the animals and a great show with sooty! my daughter loved it- and so did i!

I recently held my 3 year old party at the snow dome. We had a snow play party that consisted of 30 mins of snow time and then a party meal. Firstly out party assistant for the day was no help, she was late meeting us and so our 30 mins of snowplay was actually just over 20. We were then rushed off the snow only to wait over 50 mins for our meal to arrive. The meal was for 19 children (Imagine the impatience), they got the veggy meals wrong and the food was cold. The squash for the meal did not arrive and so I had to ask repeatedly. Due to another party due in our party area we were rushed and the party to follow being held up. .
I found the whole party a waste of money and a real disappointment.

We took my two boys 2 and 4 to the Winter Wonderland with high expectations...especially at £16.95 per ticket even for the 2 year old!!
Our experience was more Santas Grotty than Grotto.
Very poorly lit, almost dark in places scary for little ones, the "snow" is rubbish and won't compact into snow balls or snow men. Nothing for a 2 year old to do, so why charge them to come in?? The sooty show was okay. You would imagine that the kids would get to meet Santa (or Father Christmas as we used to call him), but nope none of that here for you £70. Just a few animals in a petting area that you are advised not to pet!
I am sure the snow boarding and skiing is fab and the pool looked really good. This Christmas event left no goodwill to any men whatever age!
