Really dreadful service. I never received the goods I paid for and never received my money back either. I ordered a couple of toys as gifts for a special occasion and was then informed that they were out of stock and would be delivered a few weeks late. This wasn't good as by then the occasion had passed, but I let the children's parents know that they would get their gifts in a few weeks. I then forgot all about the order until several months later when it occurred to me that I had never received the toys, so I contacted Rimbalzo and they said that they had no record of the order as all their records had been destroyed. Despite supplying copies of emails and a copy of my Paypal account showing the transaction I never received my money back. Avoid.

2-3 week wait turned out to be over 4 weeks- and with a small child whose feet grow at the rate of nots, that is not acceptable.
Indifferent customer service, generic email sent out with little explanation, no apology offered, then products apparently being sent 1st class mail, not even by courier!
With so many other excellent online companies on offer, who needs this?
Will not recommend and will not use again.

Very happy with the service. As soon as my order was received, I had a reply telling me when to expect delivery. Very competitive pricing. Very friendly company. Will definitely use them again.

I've placed a number of orders for these toys from this website. The prices are great, and delivery has always been on time. Easy to get through on the phone too!

Excellent communication and prompt delivery. I ordered at the last minute, but received the shoes just in time for my little boy's wedding outfit. Rimbalzo went out of their way to make sure the goods reached me in time, even though they had to arrange delivery from USA. I will definitely order from them again soon!

We ordered 4 items in December as Christmas presents. Three arrived reasonably promptly with the promise that the fourth would follow. When it still hadn't arrived at the beginning of March, we contacted them by email to be told that it wasn't available. On their suggestion we then ordered an alternative, which also didn't arrive. After a further email we have now been told that this toy isn't available until the end of May, and that if we request a refund we will have to pay charges to PayPal because it has been more than 60 days!
This company has nice goods, but appalling customer service.

I can't fault the service I received from Rimbalzo. Mark was incredibly helpful and efficient. A special order was placed for me for some of the items I wanted and I was advised of expected delivery date and kept informed.
have now used them 4 times and will definitely do so again in the future.

bought three products off the website all with a promise of a 24 hour dispatch, two of the products arrived within three days the other product i was told would arrive within 10 to 14 days,i waited but no delivery so decided to ring the company they were expecting a delivery the next week and told me my doll was on it i explained i needed it for a christening four days after the delivery day and i was told it would be posted out to me immediately,i waited and nothing came when i rang them again i was told there wasa delay in the delivery no apology they wouldn't even give me a more expensive doll in its place that they had in stock so i had something on the day.they left me with no time to get a replacement with no apology and a couldn't careless attitude .very dissapointed.wouldn't shop here again.

Ordered some toys from Rimbalzo late in the afternoon, about 5PM, 2 weeks before Christmas. Got an email the next morning that it had been despatched. Received the next day. Very impressed with the whole experience.

I purchased a set of Creatiles from Rimbalzo which was £20 cheaper than anywhere else. They came in a huge box, really well packed! My daughter loves the toys, I'll be coming back for more of the range next year.

When I purchased the chair, I failed to note the expected time of delivery but I wrote an e-mail and received an immediate response with an accurate delivery date.
The product arrived the following day, as stated. Well packaged and excellent customer service.
I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and we have ordered severely items for baby from other websites, including items from the Baby Show in Earls Court which were ordered in October which have still not arrived, so we was absolutely delighted with the honest and accurate response we received, considering I have been told from a number of well known sites, it has been lost in the mail or it is still in transit from the manufacturer.

Great choice of products - I bought the WK0052 Wilkinet Baby Carrier, Organic Fairtrade Cotton, Brown. The price was good, item was well packed and delivery was fast and with Royal Mail meaning I could pick it up locally.

In particular, the toys from Rimbalzo are of good quality and appear more 'robust' than those sold in the large supermarkets. In this way I feel they are good value for money. I would use this site again.

I feel I experienced bad customer service from Rimbalzo - product didn't arrive and when contacted they did not seem to believe me and only when pushed agreed to send another. First one arrived 3 weeks later, second one I never received. The product was the wrong one, they suggested it was my fault and I could return it, but would have to pay the postage. I returned it signed for, and 2 weeks later had received no contact from them. They eventually refunded me, with no compensation at all for the return post and all the hassle. I would never use them again!

We refunded the postage Nicola paid as part of her order to send goods out to her. We wouldn't normally refund this for returned goods as it's a cost we incur even though goods are sent back. We are out of pocket due to Nicola's error in ordering the wrong product. It's important that customers check their confirmation e-mails which fully detail the goods ordered, quantity, description and postage cost. Some large retailers might be able to give free postage for returns even if customers make a mistake, but as a small, family run, high street business we can't afford to!

Further to Rimbalzo's comment - the gesture of goodwill never occurred - I received no refund on postage - I am still out of pocket for the return postage and have just been left with a bad experience and no toy! I have since ordered it from another company with no problems at all - there are some good people out there!

I feel that our customer is a little confused about what happened here. The first toy we sent did not arrive, but you have to allow two weeks before Royal Mail will consider it lost. We then sent out a replacement, which arrived promptly. Unfortunately our customer now discovered that they had ordered the wrong toy. This can't have been our error as the generation of our website is automated, and the customer also received an email confirming what was being sent.<br/>We agreed to take back the toy and as a gesture of goodwill we refunded the postage we charged.<br/>
