After reading the reviews of people I was panicked but how ever before reading the reviews I was ordered camera on 16/12/09 and Got a call from a customer service asking for details and I was confidently confirmed my details to them and the guy said to me order will be dispatched to me within 48 hours but it was bit late but now I got an email from both BSD and DHL saying that my item has been shipped.Thank god its quite good to hear a good news for Christmas.So guys please don't panic and cancel it,be confident and I am sure they wont disappoint you on your oder.have a merry Christmas!

I ORDERED A PSP FOR MY DAUGHTER FOR CHRISTMAS LAST WEDNESDAY,THEN I REALISED THAT IT WAS AN AMERICAN WEB SITE AND PANICKED,I THEN READ SOME REVIEWS AND PANICKED EVEN MORE.SO I EMAILED THEM ON SUNDAY AND I GOT A REPLY ON MONDAY TELLING ME THAT IT HAD BEEN SHIPPED WITH DHL THEY ALSO GAVE ME A TRACKING ORDER WHICH WAS BRILLIANT,IT TOLD ME EXACTLY WERE IT WAS ALL THE TIME,I TOOK DELIVERY OF THE PSP TONIGHT TRIED IT AND IT WORKS FINE I FOUND THE SERVICE BETTER THAN SOME OF THE UK SITES IVE USED.

After having purchased a PSP from bitesize & it arrived within 3 days of purchasing online I was shocked to read such bad reviews. If I had read these reviews before purchasing I would certainly have not done so. However, I can't complain about the level of service I recieved, it was far better than expected.
I completed my purchase on the sunday afternoon & it arrived to my address in Chester on the Wednesday lunchtime.
What can I say? Excellent service, considering it had come from LA in the USA,P&P included.

I recently ordered a Canon Digital Ixus from Bite Size Deals after finding their website through a sponsored Google ad. Unusually for me, I didn't research the company before making the purchase as I was in a hurry and wanted to ensure delivery in time for Christmas (the item was £30 cheaper than the nearest rival - Amazon UK). My instinct told me a few days after placing the order that I should've checked, so I did. My heart sank as I typed Bite Size Deals into Google, and Google automatically suggested "Bite Size Deals scam". Oh dear. Not good. I read through countless reviews (including this website) from disgruntled customers who had not received items or refunds. The Company's based in America? What? That's not made clear on the website ..Grrrr!

I was extremely worried that I had been conned.

However, the next day I received an email from the company saying that my item had been shipped via DHL with a courier reference. Sure enough, the item was being sent and I could track it's movements from Cincinnati, via Los Angelis, to London.

The package arrived today and I am extremely pleased with my new camera. Sure, it's a USA version, and the charger requires an adaptor, but this was included in the package.

All in all, I'm pleased with the service, price and my camera.

I feel for all those who have experience difficulties, but wanted to highlight my positive experience as I couldn't find another anywhere else on the web (maybe I was just lucky?!)

Having read all the poor reviews I was horrified as I only read them after ordering, however all my fears were unfounded! The package was delivered only 4 days from order and is perfect, so maybe they have now got their act together.

Bought a camera, panicked when I read these reviews afterwards, cancelled the order, had change of heart and wrote an email saying I wanted to proceed (figured i had nothing to lose as money had already been taken). Received a prompt email back saying no problem and camera arrived within days!!
There must obviously be other success stories but not everyone writes the good reviews!

Bought from bitesizedeals.co.uk 13/10/09 before I saw this website.Got alarmed by bad comments. OK It's an American outfit but with good service. All came good,had phone call next day from States that they couldn't supply the colour wanted and I accepted alternative.Sent via DHL and could track it all the way from California to U.K. Arrived today 21/10/09 via DHL van and they event sent me adapter for UK voltage. NO POSTAGE AND NO DUTY! Well boxed and in manufacturer's packaging. CAN'T FAULT THEM!!

I have placed an order on www.bitesizedeals.co.uk on thursday (9th october) and i have recieved my package a week later. I have ordered digital camera for 121 pounds and memory card for 10. First I though that it is uk website. I placed my order, they took money and for 4 days heard nothing from them. Then i found all reviews. I tried to cancel my order as i got scared.

I want to tell you that I have received goods brand new. On time (a week from ordering) i do not know why there is so many bad reviews about that website. Although is a US website and goods you receive are from US. paid no duty no taxes. Also they gave me an adapter for a British socket:)

i was a bit worried after i ordered my lumix tz7 camera when i read the reviews on bitesize deals.but i can not fault them camera arrived on time 3 days after i placed my order.

I was absolutely horrified when I already purchased the Olympus E520 from Bitesizedeals after I just finished reading all the bad reviews. I was caught out by thinking that they were a UK based company but then only finding out they are in Los Angeles. Well after thinking I lost all my money I decided to write them an email asking if they are as dodgy as what the internet is saying, the next day I got a personalised message back saying they have changed their business structure and have picked up on customers service etc etc. This gave me a little bit of confidence. But true to their word. I got a phone call from them confirming my order and postal address. Then four days after the call I had the camera in my house. I received an email from them with a tracking number for DHL. So I watched the camera all the way from LA.

I bought the camera on 18/8/09 @ 1pm London time

Phone call confirming order 20/8/09 @ 6.30pm

Item delivered 24/8/09 @ 11.30am

So overall I was really happy with the outcome. My girlfriend is wrapped with her birthday present. Obviously it's not a UK power cord but they give you an adaptor. So it was worth the money I saved.

i spent ages trying to find the camera i wanted for a good price and was not very succesful. then i came across Bite Size Deals and was amazed at how low the price was so i immediately ordered it only thinking after to look at reviews of the company. i panicked when i saw how many people had bad experiences with this company.
i need not have worried though, i recieved my camera within 4 days in perfect condition with all the relevant attatchments. i dont know if i would recommend it as all the bad reviews cant be ignored but i certainly was pleased with my order and delivery.

My goods were just over a week later than I expected, but when they came it was exactly what I ordered and worth waiting for, I was very pleased with Bite Size Deals.

I bought a Casio camera on Monday 10pm, as every one else thought Bite Size Deals was a UK based company. An hour later found this site and read all the dreadful reviews, started to panic. Finally I decided to wait few days to see what's gonna happen. Believe it or not, got my camera Weds 10 am (36 hrs later) on my doorstep in Bristol. I am soo amazed. Maybe I was just lucky, considering all the bad feedback here, but 36 hrs from L.A to UK is just one brilliant service. 5 stars. Hope y'all be lucky too.

I ordered an IXUS100IS on a Monday evening from Bite Size Deals and it arrived in the UK on Friday morning. It is the US version but this does not matter to me. It was £30 cheaper than the cheapest UK offer.

I ordered a Cannon wide angle lens through bitesize.com on the 1st of February 2009. My credit card was debited straight away. I got a bit concerned by the 6th of Feb as I had still not received my lens nor any indication regarding a tentative date of delivery. I searched for details of the company online and came across several entries warning buyers against this company.
Now I was really concerned! I found an email address for the company and emailed them. They got back to me the same day with a tracking number for the courier company.
I checked online and learnt that the shipment was in transit. I thought I ' d give it a couple of days. I contacted the courier company this morning (9th Feb). They confirmed that the shipment was due to be delivered today. I got the package at 12 noon. The lens is intact and in perfect condition. I'm thrilled to have saved well over £200.00 by using bitesize.com

Bitesizedeals did not make it clear goods were from America - When I found out the camera I was going to buy would be USA spec, with no UK warranty, I asked for a refund which they agreed to do and within two days my account had been credited with the full amount.
