I would like to thank their rep who was very helpful on 21 August 2014 at Malaga Airport. We had booked accommodation at the wrong destination to our booked holiday. She helped us sort out things and was very helpful as we did not speak any Spanish. We were travelling from UK to Malaga, Nerja resort. How do I get there?

I am not at all clear on whether you are asking how to thank their rep or how to get from the airport to Nerja. If you clarify the question I will attempt to help.

If you look on the Viajes Urbis website, it’s clear that they don’t want to hear from ordinary punters so they don’t publish an email address for customer services, although they do give a general phone number. This might be because Urbis don’t sell direct to customers but only deal through middlemen, such as Resorthoppa, A2B Transfers etc. If you want to complain about the service you received from Urbis you should probably do the same as us and complain to your booking agent. We are still waiting for a substantive response from Resorthoppa, but since our airport to resort service was non-existent after more than 2 hours, we don’t think they can do anything other than refund our money.

As I recall the company asked for feedback and I gave them feed back; the transfer to the hotel was excellent, the transfer back to the airport was not so good so I told them so. You can contact them  and tell them what you think.

You have to complain through the agent you booked with.
