Visited showroom around 2pm 6th Jan 2024 to view washing machines. Purchased machine and it was delivered and installed by 4.30pm same day. Old machine taken away too. Excellent, will definitely recommend to others.

Very dishonest company and attempted to overcharge significantly until they were caught out. And the subsequent service was terrible. It's not worth it dealing with someone over the other side who is trying to do the worst on you. All you want is some transparency and someone to be upfront when you are buying an expensive appliance from them.

I ordered a replacement integrated fridge from this company in April. I am still waiting for the door to be fitted as the engineer turned up without the correct fixings. On the day he was meant to be coming back I had taken a day off work and when he did not turn up I rang them to be told that the driver was "off sick". They agreed to email me with dates of when the engineers would be in my area and I am still waiting to hear from them a week later. Also the engineer who came to fit the fridge tore our newly fitted kitchen floor. This was in April. Still no response to this. ALSO, I was given 3 price options of fridges to buy. I opted for a mid range Frigidair and it was only after fitting that I checked the teeny tiny label inside the fridge that I noticed it said Home King. When I googled this, I found it was a very cheap brand. When we queried this we got no response. Dealing with this company is a nightmare. I regret the day I contacted them as I've had nothing but a pack of lies every time I speak to them. Maybe if the MD reads this he can contact me as nobody else has bothered to.

Found a product on their website, phone and spoke to a friendly member of staff who went out there way to help me with the information i needed. I placed the order and was delivered to my door 2 days later. I can say since this order i will be ordering for more due to my kitchen being redone. Well done and thank you for your help. I could not find the same product cheaper any where else. Worth checking these people out. There showroom you could get lost in, its a hidden gem, with hundreds of products on display

They advertise products they don't physically have! Their website will allow you to purchase an item that they cannot supply - how is this legal??? I wanted a specific oven, a discontinued model and they had 4 options on their website, 2 graded and 2 ungraded - their system said they were in stock and it allowed me to purchase one. It turns out that they don't have them in stock at all and have not had them for time time. After talking to a member of their staff they said they had not had this model for ages - if so, why advertise that they do. Very misleading advertising - shame on them!

Bought a new washer dryer from this place on the phone, agreed a price of £649.00 and paid by barclaycard. When the machine arrived, was sent back as it was marked. The supplier agreed to allowed a discount of £80.00. This was agreed and the machine was delivered 2 days later. However, when my mate installed it he said this machine is used, may be returned from other customer. When I got the statement from Barclaycard, I found that instead of £649.00 less £80.00, I was charged £749.00 less £80.00. This is a big scandal as far as I am concerned. Barclaycard would not help either. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Lots of other companies you can try for an honest deal.

Paid for a machine over 6 weeks still not got in working rude manager who won't help sort out a day for it to be fitted properly please don't use them I have waisted my time and money don't do the same !

They are absolutely shocking. They gave a top of the range price on a combination oven then cut this back when I told them of cheaper retailers. They asked for my card details and gave me an assurance no debit would be made without my authorisation or prior to delivery. They debited my account. They failed to deliver. They failed to tell me that they would not turn up. They made another date for delivery ten days hence but promised to try to improve on this. They said delivery would be first call on 10 April 2012 - at 7.30. They failed to deliver. I demanded a refund. If you like being misled, enraged, deceived and let down then Appliance Warehouse is the firm for you.

Bought a Breville coffee machine (BES860) from Appliance Warehouse about two weeks ago. I am very pleased with my new coffee machine which saves me both time and money as I now don’t use my local café. Family and friends rave about how good the coffee is from this machine! The customer service during the process, from selecting right through to receiving the product has been nothing but a pleasure. I loved how you kept me up to date with regular e-mails. Thanks a lot and will order again!

Great customer service, always replied my e-mails the same day. Reliable. I would recommend the company as they have a lot of different products, good prices and easy to contact. The product looks and works as described and it was worth the money

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXSISTANT ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY COULDN'T CARE LESS. EVERYONE YOU DEAL WITH HAS LEFT BY YOUR NEXT CALL, MISSING ITEMS THAT THEY PROMISE TO REPLACE DON'T TURN UP WITH NO EXPLANATION.
DON'T PHONE BACK WHEN THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL. DON'T REPLY TO E-MAILS.
SHAME THEY DID'NT PUT INTO PRACTISE THE EMPTY WORDS THEY USE ON THEIR WEBSITE. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING DONT BOTHER USE A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

Ordered a tumble drier in September. Have had a couple of delivery promises that have then changed to not in stock status. Delivery due today and they have said they cannot deliver due to being on the Isle of Wight! Again, ordered in Sept - 5 months - took the money straight away and have now canceled my order! SHOCKING

Further to my review written yesterday, today they have the item in stock - according to the website - at £534! It is more than obvious now that they were not willing to sell the cooker at the "old" VAT rate, and told us that it was obsolete so they could sell it at the higher price instead. I'll certainly not be buying it from them.
Can't believe how underhand that is, they obviously don't care about customers, wish I'd read the reviews on here before I ordered.
They also promised to confirm via email that we had cancelled the order, still waiting for that email, surprise, surprise.
Don't use Appliance Warehouse, it's the first time I've had dealings with them and most certainly the last.

We ordered a gas cooker - Electrolux EIKG5547XN - on Monday 3 January. Rang up Tuesday 4 January to enquire about where the order was up to, only to be told that this model is no longer available and obsolete!!! We did say that it was still advertised on the website, so were told that it would be deleted.
What a useless company, will never deal with them again, as we will now also be liable for the increase in VAT, thanks Appliance Warehouse for nothing.
The ratings 1 out of 5 are not my choice, it is not possible to rate 0 out of 5.

After ordering the applicance from their web site we got a call a week later that they no longer deliver in our area and are cancelling the order. Do not use them. Do not trust them.

Ordered a washer dryer from their website and a few days later got an email advising that they could not deliver the item to my house in central Scotland as they had an issue with their normal courier company. No attempt to source an alternative delivery method or carrier and no hint on their website that they couldn't deliver to one of the UKs major cities. Appalling service from an online retailer.

Ordered item on the phone and upon receipt of the confirmation email, it was clear the salesperson had recorded the incorrect item. Called to correct but there was no apology and having asked for the order to corrected, there was no acknowledgement of this either.
The promises made by them have been proven to be worthless.
My card has been charged and I intend to file a county court claim against this company.

Wide range of products available, lower prices than on the high street. Staff I spoke to were very good. Delivery was a problem, I ordered 3 items one was dispatched quickly using their own delivery drivers where i was given a time slot and then rang when they were 20 mins away which worked very well. The other two items arrived much later by City Express with a delivery time of 8a.m. - 6p.m. which I find totally un-acceptable. It would have been nice to have known about the delivery options before making the order.

Waited 4 days for confirmation of order (promised within 48hrs on website). Had to ring up 3 times to eventually be told that the item was out of stock (but still available per website). Poor customer service. Didn't seem to care whether I ordered or not. Will not be using again.

Ordered a tumble dryer from this website at £279. Selected the express delivery at an extra £15. The final cost escalated to £355 on ceck out.
Since it was a Smeg product I forgave this increase and waited on delivery.
TWO WEEKS LATER I received the tumble dryer (Express Delivery a Joke).
The dryer was only wraped in bubble wrap and had severe dents and scrapes on it. It also did not work properly and I was given the explanation that it was a graded product (not advertised when ordered)and offered £35 cash back.
I wish I had looked at these reviews before my purchase.

I found this review very helpful because... I have first hand experience of the company (TAW) I wish I had read more reviews prior to plscing an order.
