I frequently fly on business from Luton and other UK airports. I have used Luton Airparks in the past, but not for a few years, preferring to use a meet and greet service at Luton. The first problem I encountered with Airparks was the self service check-in that has appeared since the last time I was there. “Avoid At All Costs!”

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! Everything seemed great. When I arrived the service was good, and journey time to the airport quite quick... BUT... I recently used Airparks at Luton Airport stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and parked for 7days I was offered meet and greet by Airparks on return for £24.99 which I accepted on return I rang to have my car delivered and was told due to a nearby accident it would take about 50 mins if I took the bus they would refund my payment I decided this was quickest and on arrival at the Airparks site they said the couldn't refund me from the site office which was strange as that where I had paid it,I… Read Full Review

“Scratched My Car”

Left my car with these people for a week, came back to find the passenger side bumper badly scratched, right down to the metal in several locations, due to clever parking of the car and being overtired this wasn't picked up at the time. Following correspondence have proved that they know they are to blame but will not accept responsibility, the car was moved four times while in their possession I find this un-necessary and without doubt the cause of the damage. “Not what I expected”

The car park bus takes you to the ibis hotel but it's up the road were the bus drops you off and a good walk raining bad when we did it so not told good, in the write up it sates 2 min walk but it's not. Then it states walking distance to the airport which is a no no good walk. We waited for the bus next day and after twenty mins decided to walk buts it's a long way. Definitely not for me. “Van damaged and 250 miles added to mileage”

Just come back off holiday, collected van from Luton Airparks, Mirror cracked, mirror plastics broken, front bumper scuffed, puncher hole on rear panel, alloy wheel damaged and 250 miles added to clock. Just emailed customer services, but don't hold out much hope looking at these reviews. Some one obviously been using vehicle, radio station changed and a half drunk water bottle in door pocket. “Airparks Damaged my car”

Returned from a weeks holiday to Luton @04.00 after. 5 hour delay and 10 hours travel. My car was covered in dew and the front of the car was covered in mud, I assumed it had been parked in a puddle and passing cars had splashed it. Checked the car and it looked OK. On the way home stopped at services and when I got out of the car(now dry) noticed the front bumper was damaged. We went on holiday from Luton airport and booked Airparks for our car for the week. On our return arrived at the drop off point, where upon we saw the dent on top of the car complete with marks, wooden flakes, small stones and a dried banana skin and a complete flat battery. “We had to wait for a good 1hour and a half for the bus ”

We landed at luton about lunch time we got to bay 12 and then we waited a good 1 hour and a half in the freezing cold and rain all the other passengers where cross with the staff and we where all queuing as their was only 1 bus and if you missed one bus you had to wait another 40 mins they need to put more buses on for air parks not very good at all. I also nearly had to stand on the step I was really annoyed because if the driver had to break I would of nearly fallen off the step but lucky… Read Full Review

“Will never use again”

Waited an 45 minutes for the bus on our return to the UK. Staff member at the airport just wandered around and said nothing, rumours spread that a driver had gone sick, unlikely given the similar stories in other reviews. After an hour we got to airparks in the rain and couldn't get into our car because of a flat battery, staff had moved the car that day and jump started it so knew there was an issue and just left us to discover it and get wet. Excellent news, my flight back from Edinburgh arrived 15 mins early. So dash out to parking bay 12 for the Airpark transfer bus but it had left, so waited from 19:53 to 20:14 for the bus to arrive, then further waiting before leaving to return back to the car park. The actual drop off and collection of the car is excellent and I have no problems with that, it's just the slow connection in particular coming back from the airport. “MISSED FLIGHT!”

First time user of Airparks Luton.. and last time user! Flight was at 6am got to Luton area at 4am from Peterborough. Despite our best efforts using a decent Satnav we simply could not believe how far way from the actual airport this place is. Out in the sticks with very poor signage we eventually found it at the back of some residential area in the middle of nowhere at 4.30am. lots of people, lots of cars and, once the bus arrived, it took ages to embark everyone with their luggage. The new automatic system is good but needs more terminals especially when returning. Why do you need two tickets it only causes confusion for those when arriving at the exit barrier as some people obviously did not understand and needed to stop and detach the key from the label - can the bar codes not be the same. “Upgraded Systems at Airparks”

Since we last used Airparks, the system has been upgraded to almost full automation. We found it a little uncertain at first to understand all the inputs required and it was fortunate that a staff member was on site at 3.30AM to help us. “too few buses ”

going to the airport was ok, but you need to arrive early because airparks is several miles outside luton. returning to luton on 4th september the airport was in chaos. several planes had arrived at once. the queue outside for the airparks bus was probably about 100 people long. after waiting for about 30 mins i gave up and got a taxi instead. many others in the taxi queue were also going to airparks. the taxi cost 12.50. i will never use airparks again. … Read Full Review

Arrived three hours before my flight left at 5.30am- plenty of time? No way - thanks to Airparks! Took over an hour to get onto a bus as there were insufficient buses, and a massive queue, and had to wait for two buses to come and go before we could board a bus.
