“Something misunderstanding”

Some of their customer service staff thinks that VAT Free is a part of discount. However VAT is not a kind of discount but DUTY. I order from oversea and there is no duty to pay VAT, however once I import my purchase from SAKIS, I need to pay the import tax. So Sakis should not convince customer say You are VAT free so that already discounted. I am very unhappy that they are not nice to oversea customer. Strongly hope to be improve this kind of right knowledge.
