“Co ordinating trains at connecting stations”

Tulse Hill to London Bridge. Why not wait those few seconds for the St. Albans train passengers wanting to go to London Bridge disembark climb stairs and get on the train? Not user friendly if you cannot wait 60 seconds or so !!!!

“very slow communication”

a copy from their automatic reply: We aim to respond in full to your enquiry within 7 days. 7 days in an ever changing world? sounds like a joke. Bought a ticket 5 days in advance, and they offer a reply in 7 days, what should i do if i need to change a tick?

“Always excuses ”

This is the worst service I have ever used in my life. Continous delays and excuses, they cannot cope with anything. I go out of my way to not get southern trains and walk an extra 10 minutes to worcester park station instead of cheam, to get South west trains. Awful to say the least!!!!! The only good thing about them is their trains (sometimes) are nice and new, but that's on the VERY rare occassion I can bring myself to go on their service.

“Always late from last 5 months i m using”

This is ridiculous i m travelling from miltonkeynes . I never catch my connecting train.this is my challenge u never get on time.

“constantly late for the same reasons”

I am constantly late for work no matter what time I get to the station( east croydon to victoria)...there are daily delays which causes there to be twice as many people and so I often can't get on the train...so many first class sections where we are not allowed to sit with normal tickets even at rush hour so all that space is empty, how do countries like japan, scandinavian countries and others who deal with many natural disasters and extreme weather manage to have less delays than us?? They must be cracking up at us. One thing I will say about southern is the trains are very clean and generally the staff are friendly...except when those of us who are waiting to board the train are being courteous and letting people off the train first and the staff on the platform blow their whistle before any of us have even got on.
