Today I was getting on a bus and only one of the front wheels managed to land firmly on the bus, because the wheels are like industrial 360 degree castors the wheel shot off to the right and the buggy nearly completely flipped over and threw my baby out of the pram, a problem even if both wheels have a footing. If I had not had a firm grasp with both hands at that moment my baby may have been killed. The wheels are wider apart at the front than at the back meaning I am always annoying people by bashing their ankles and running over people's feet. You have to firmly grasp the buggy at all times to keep it safe because it tends to run away from you unpredictably (why is it necessary for the makers to add a nylon strap to strap the buggy to your wrist ? because it shoots all over the place without warning). In my opinion it is dangerous, not just awkward to use or uncomfortable to push or just really unnecessarily expensive but DANGEROUS. If you value the safety of your child avoid this buggy. It may look good but it is not safe. This is more a warning than a review but please take heed.

My experience with the bugaboo bee has been disappointing. The wheels are faulty and jam constantly. They can't go forward or backward without jamming. Bugaboo's solution was to send me some washers, which are basically some stickers to improve the quality of the driving experience. This is simply a ridiculous low cost solution which has only undermined the bugaboo brand and wasted my time in trying to get the faulty product fixed. I have now been without a stroller since the child was born. Initially, I didn't have time to resolve the problem - most newborns don't leave their mothers with much free time! The child is now 3 months and I still don't have a stroller that is safe to use and I have been trying to resolve the problem with bugaboo for over a month. My husband and I have to carry our child everywhere, which has resulted in back pain. I will never purchase a bugaboo product again.

I will never recommend the buggaboo bee to anyone, I have just over 6 months warrenty left and it has broke 5 times and the last time buggaboo couldn't be bothered to give me a chassis that was complete it was missing cap so two bolts came out, and now they are trying to get out of sorting this out, this is ment to be a "city buggy" but it's not fit to purchase, it's a safety hazzard, and with the brakes that have failed my daughter could have been greatly in danger of vearing into the road it was due to me holding the strap that she didn't, I am officially complaining, and if they continue to side step these problems I will be getting trading standerds involved, the concept of this buggy is good it's a shame it's not what they sai it was, and u have found for every 1 person that have no problems there another 8 that have, I hope anyone considering to purchase this item takes unto account my complaint, good luck all
