Dell 1320c Colour laser printer
Excellent printer! Just arrived this afternoon. I purchased it from IJT Direct. They had a great offer on (buy 2 sets of 4 toners and get the printer for free : £120)I went through the extremely easy video set-up guide on the software and driver disk provided. This printer is so easy to use, changing toner cartridges is so simple! I connected the printer via an ethernet cable into my wireless router. My printer didn't seem to be working so I used the Dell call-me service found on their website and got put through to a very friendly Scottish technician who took remote access to my computer to fix the problem. For some reason. my printer had tried using a weird IP address. According to the man, this was a very rare problem. After about 20 minutes, we got the printer working and boy is it good! It is great quality for all i paid and the toners cartridges should last for about 2000 prints. I would definately recommend this printer to anyone :)

Don't waste your time and money. We are on our 4th replacement printer. Unfortunately they refuse to stop sending us re-furbished printers that keep experiencing the same problem. The error light comes on, doesn't come off for days for no obvious reason. I contact dell and spend at least 1 hour on the phone going through their different tests to no avail. The first time I contacted Dell, they told me my warranty was up so we purchased a new warranty. They didn't send us an invoice confirming it for our records. When I contacted Dell (again) they showed no record of our warranty purchase. I again had another problem with the re-furbished 'new' printer within 4 months and was told I needed to purchase another warranty because they don't show one purchased 4 months previous. Needless to say I had the company credit card bill to prove we purchased it, fought with them for 2 hours, and got yet another printer only to find that it would not print, only jammed paper right out of the box.
The price of this printer has cost us more in the time that we spend on the phone with Dell, explaining our problem, listening to their very scripted dialogue that irritates every bone in my body, as well as spending time shipping the old printer back to them at our cost.
Really frustrating printer. We're going with something different, as well as cutting of our Dell computer purchases because of their lack of customer 'service'.
