A lot of hassle filling forms sending back waiting two days for a reply. Get email to say sign forms and please ring to go though to avoid mistakes, rang they said just sign and send back, couldn't wait to get off the phone. Next day forms wrong sign again, approved finance everyone happy then phone to say that made a error can't approve unless partner is joint borrower more forms to sign send back, then wrong again, signed and again and again eventually they agreed. A lot of time wasted.

Not a bad service, but could be better. Didn't send all the paper work together, didn't always answer the phone. The women I spoke to we're not very helpful. A man I spoke to was very good. Kept me informed.. told me what to sign & send back it took five days to complete. But can't pick my car up until Monday Because the money has not cleared as paid on a Friday. I wish all the staff new what they were doing.

That's because, if you fail to make repayments, they cannot repossess the car - because you own more than two-thirds of it's value.
So they have no asset protection to make their money back if you fail to pay.
