i bought the flover 33s electric outboard motor for an auxilliary on my dawncraft, wasn't sure what to expect but it pushes her along at just over walking pace - exactly as suggested on the flover website. it's a bit eerie moving along with no engine noise!! would recommend getting one for an auxilliary.
I found this review helpful because...I am thinking of buying electric outboard for my tender to Birchwood. Like the idea of light weight and storage, although transporting seperate car battery might be difficult.
Outboard is only for occasional use and the cost of petrol 2.5 hp outboard is too high.
