I joined this organisation after seeing a link to their tariffs and rates online, which offered highly competitive discounted rates. Upon filling the information out and porting my number over, it took four attempts for my number to eventually be transferred over as each time doing it on their online platform failed. As a result I had to pay another month's payment to my existing provider, and when I contacted the company they acknowledged the multiple attempts made but believed they were not at fault. therefore I've no idea who's up fault for their system not working. I put that behind me as just a problem with transferring that sometimes happens, and then started getting voicemails when the phone hadn't run and repeated text from people advising they could not get hold of me it was going straight to answer phone. again this company don't see an issue with this and it means that I've now requested a PAC code to leave them because they are absolutely horrendous and I cannot deal with the shocking level of incompetence from them.
