On a 2 year guarantee, a year and 8 months since i got Humax pvr9200TB, it has been back and forward at least three times via John Lewis to humax. All they ever do is send me another machine(supposedly) with exactly the same faults. Nearly always the Picture in picture freezes after a while and I have to disconnect and reboot it. Likewise quite often when I am playing a recording, especially if I fast forward/back or skip. Freeze. Reboot. They keep saying there will be a software update to resolve this. Not happened yet. If it did all it said on the box, fantastic. Still good but very annoying. Oh yes, and while watching a recording, ghostly script floats across the screen.
