Brilliant service from Fireplaces are us. Super speedy delivery, quicker than stated, also delivered to us for free on a Saturday. Fire ceramic coals were cracked on delivery and they sent out a replacement row super fast with no hesitation. Would definitely recommend them and will use again in the future.

Dear Sir, I purchased my Lilyking 629 Multifuel/Woodburning Stove plus fixing kit in October of last year and have to say that I am most satisfied with the service from Stoves Are Us. There WAS a small hic-cup reguarding promised delivery but the stove arived okay and on time for the revised time and the delivery driver could not have been more helpful. My builder fitted the stove as he had just finished our new inglenook fireplace and it both looks and performs superb in its new housing.In fact since it WAS fitted my parner Norma and I have not needed the radiators on in both of the downstairs rooms in our cottage as it is so warm, a wonderful investment and it is highly recommended. I have ordered my fireplace today and am very impressed with the customer service recieved so far. Nice friendly, helpful female couldnt have been nicer. I have read some negative reviews but also positive ones. The company do ask that you check the items and contact within 48 hours if there are any problems. I am slightly nervous about the product in transport as I stay in Scotland but feel satisfied that fireplaces are us will promptly act as long as any problems are reported within their timescale. I cannot wait for my fireplace to arrive and have every faith at this point that there will be no hiccups.

I looked at the reviews and saw some were unfavourable but on the whole were good.The fireplace arrived in good time.The delivery driver was helpful and the product was well packaged against potential damage.I fit the fireplace with ease and am very happy with.Would recommend to anyone.

i ordered two fireplaces, which were very good value after shopping around,the staff were helpfull and polite on the phone, the goods were delivered within the time frame infact a few days early! and they were very well wrapped and protected and the delivery company was great. the overall quality of the products was a high standard and i would recomend stores direct to anyone. as they have a wide choice on there website.
