“Centennial wireless service and customer service...”

★☆☆☆☆

written by on 29/07/2010

Centennial wireless service and customer service sucks. Within days of getting new serice I had service interruptions that was eventually blamed on not being in Puerto Rico (outside) roaming,(this was affer speaking to 6 operators and 4 hours later) even though I paid separtely for roaming. I could not make or receive calls, when I could "get through a recording came on to say 'this is verizon, please hold for the next external operator and have your credit card ready".
When I returned to Puerto Rico I still had the same problem, however at a large scale.
All I have been told is that if I cancel (for a service I am paying for and not recieving) is that I will be billed for $300.00 termination fee
