Once I had to contact customer service and they replied in less than a day with a personalized message and not the standard template stuff. the only thing that is bothering me is that there aren't too many ads right now but I understand the site is still young and the name needs to get out there first. at least it is clean and doesn't have so much junk on there like craigslist.

And Customer Support is off the chain. Told them about a scam and 2 minutes later the ad was deleted. Never seen such fast reaction.
