I ordered a bouquet for a friend and when she sent me a picture of it, I was really disappointed. I guess this is what I get for not simply going to the shop and choosing some flowers myself. That would have come to far fewer dollars for much higher quality. Also, I knew she might get home in the evening but when I contacted Bloomex far in advance to ask that they deliver in the evening, they said it wasn't possible to change the order.

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and not only did they arrive 2 days late, they were completely the wrong bouquet with zero lavender\purple colours I specifically ordered on the site. The customer service rep who said the flowers would be late said they would upgrade them since this was their error and it was a small ugly yellow cheap bouquet. If this was the upgrade then some others will be in for an unpleasant surprise I'm sure if they also got the "upgrade" due to delivery issues. Definitely won't be using them again:(

Flowers were requested to be delivered in a sunroom so they would stay alive. Instead they were delivered to the front porch in the middle of a snow storm. I tried to have a refund issued and was told that they don't do that by policy. I told them I bought from them because their advertising included "guaranteed same day delivery" . I ordered on the 8th for delivery on the 9th. The location + date I entered was accepted for delivery. On the 9th I received an email stating the flowers would be delivered on the 10th instead. I called to ensure the instructions of delivery location were noted. I called on the 10th to verify the location, and was told the delivery was paused because of bad weather. I was also told that the location was not noted for the delivery driver. I asked them to note the location a second time. they ensured me they would. The flowers were delivered on the 11th at 5pm to the OUTSIDE front step. In the middle of a snowstorm. I called to request a refund again, and was told all they could do was a reSEND. No refunds allowed. I was told this whole scenario is my fault because I didn't read the fine print in their policy. I got store credit. I can't believe the outrageous attitude of this company. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE AWFUL!

I was really hoping that the 50%off was real but just because they advertise it does not mean the arrangement that comes is worth full price ijim disappointed with the arrangements the flowers and the price I should have gone to Costco I would have gotten way more for my money !!

So disappointed. The arrangement was not even remotely close to what I ordered. I understand they can vary but this was dark and unattractive when what I ordered and wanted was colourful and happy. I ordered the vase for them. The flowers didn’t come arranged in the vase. Instead they came in a box with the vase at the bottom off the box. A DYI kit for the recipient. Really??? And….the vase was way to small for the arrangement so she had to find a different one to use. I had high hopes for this company but instead I’m just so sad :(

I ordered a gift set for my friends 30th birthday. Flowers, Teddy Bear and Truffles. The floral arrangement was to have "Bright white Chrysanthemums, precious pink and red carnations, romantic red roses and accenting greenery" it came with no roses and is less than half the size shown in the picture. Waste of money, I could have gone and bought everything and made my own for way less!

Although Bloomex asked for the phone number of the house to be delivered to, household was not called to be informed of the delivery. Also, the door bell was not even rung to inform of a delivery. The flowers were left on the doorstep in -10 degree temperatures and thus many froze. I was informed by the household that people were home at the time. It seems they don't know how to run a flower delivery business properly.

I received what was supposed to be a Wine and Cheese basket for my birthday from my sister who is recovering from a life threatening illness and still is incapacitated. The basket was advertised as Including gourmet gift assortment and wine and cheese. She spent $100 that included shipping and paid extra for a special birthday card. There was no cheese in the basket and the “gourmet” items included a Nature Valley granola bar that retails for $.60 and a chocolate bar and cookies also under $3 each from a local grocery store. This is not worth anywhere near the price she paid and was not at all as advertised. I feel bad for my sister who has had such a struggle in the past year and wanted to do something special for me.

I was immensely disappointed with the flowers that were delivered and was even more surprised that Bloomex does not have a policy of "customer satisfaction". They believed that as long as they sent something with similar colours they have fulfilled their obligation and the only answer to my complaint was "that is company policy". I have read other reviews about Bloomex and they all have similar experiences like me or may be even worse. No one likes to complain but when something is very wrong one is compelled to speak out. The push back I got was amazing. Sending a picture of the flowers received is not the best idea and does not give an accurate picture of what the arrangement was like. I have not seen any proper flower arrangement bunched up with a rubber band and dumped in a vase. It was rolling around in the vase. At least it should have been secured and a nice ribbon tied around the vase like in the picture. To me, I felt that Bloomex does not stand behind their product or service. I even asked that they come and pick up their flowers and refund me my money. After much back and forth they offered to give me a $20 store credit on my next order. They would not even agree to refund that $20 back to my credit card citing company policy. That would have been more fair and equitable as Bloomex would have got roughly 3/4ths of the money and I would have got roughly 1/4th. I have found that a lot of companies will deliver flowers for free in the GTA. Your company policy should be re-vamped and also instill confidence in your customers about your service especially if you want return customers. I understand if on a rare occasion you need to substitute a flower or so. But when the whole arrangement looks completely different to what I ordered from your website it is hard to understand why that is my problem. I also appreciate that you tried to deliver the flowers the next day but it would be nicer if you tell the customers that you don’t have the flowers for that particular arrangement and that you can deliver that particular arrangement the following day. The customer may accept that or look for another arrangement that you would be able to deliver the next day. Hope you will consider my comments to improve customer satisfaction. If you give five stars to your flower arrangements on your website then the customers should reasonably be able to expect to receive that five star arrangement. Thank you.

I was very disappointed with the flowers that were delivered! They did not even match the description and color composition! I had contacted bloomex and got promptly a response, which was good! Bloomex apologized and said that “certain issues may occur in the event of stock fluctuation” and I got a 20$ voucher (the flowers were 60$ in total). Not perfectly solved and I am still disappointed by the flowers delivered, but at least Bloomex responded and apologized. Would still not recommend the flower shop again.

I received my mothers day flowers over a week late. No one got in touch with me or notified that this would happen. I ordered many weeks in advance and was told that delivery would not be an issue. Now no one will return my calls or emails to discuss this issue to make it right.

The arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like what was ordered. I understand due to availability you'll have some changes in the flowers, but if you ordered a beautiful bouquet online, you shouldn't receive a very cheap looking bouquet. I ordered the supersized bouquet and it only came with 2 roses. I was actually very embarrassed when I saw what was delivered, and had to tell the recipient that this wasn't what i actually ordered. The delivery didn't even come with a card so the recipient didn't even know who it was from. I contacted customer service but they didn't seem to care too much, they said they'd give me 15% off my next order.... do you think I want to order from them again? That's hardly rectifying a bad situation. I will never use them again nor would I recommend them.

I booked a delivery for my mother on April 21 to be delivered April 23 on April 23 realized I put wrong address (overtired frontline worker who could not visit mom on her birthday) contacted bloomex they graciously gave me the delivery person number called them she was willing to deliver them the next morning to correct address. The next day she did not get the delivery to deliver, contacted Bloomex again they said they were looking onto, cannot actually speak to someone except on online chat but apparently didn't get it across as its now May 4 and no delivery but they still charged me for the flowers. I used bloomex often before but no refund no re delivery so may not ever use again. No reply back to emails to head office very disappointed

My son hosted Christmas for the very first time. On the way home I thought it would be a nice gesture to send them a fruit basket or a plant as a thank you. I found Bloomex online when I got home and saw the Gourmet Gift Basket of all chocolate items. It looked rather decadent. I did a chat to ask if a plant could be included. This rep was useless, not understanding nor answering my questions. So the next morning I just ordered the Gift Basket and since I needed a Thank You/Christmas card to go with it, I also added in the Truffles & Card. Since there was no selection for a Christmas or Thank You card, I put this in as a request on the order. The order went out with a promise of same day delivery. So, I assume that was the reason for the expensive delivery cost and told my son to expect a delivery. None came. I asked Bloomex chat what the problem was and they just said they were overwhelmed with Christmas orders. Then why did my confirmation say same day delivery? Was this their first Christmas? Why were they not sufficiently staffed? I still don't know what kind of card they sent with the order. I don't think I will use them again. My daughter-in-law thanked me for the kind gesture...did not thank me or comment on the basket...curious.

My daughter from UK organized a bouquet for me, as I'd just came out of hospital. Delivered on time, but glass vase was broken causing lots of splinters in box. The packing for a so called professional outfit was shocking. After several emails to Bloomex they offered 15% off next order. A disappointing amount when they are offering 50% off on line. My friends and I will be looking for a more professional supplier in future.

I ordered online a special offer for a bouquet of flowers that is to be arranged in a mason jar for my friend's birthday. When my friend received the flower, she found the flowers delivered in a tall rectangular box and it was standing vertically in front of her door. When she opened the box, she discovered the box was place upside down, with the flowers being squished because the flowers were pointing down inside the box. Also, the flowers were not placed inside the mason jar as shown in the picture from the order. Instead the flowers were wrapped separately and mason jar was placed on the side. When my friend sent me the photos of the condition of her flowers when she got them out of the box, it looked like the flowers were wilting and damaged. The flowers were squishes and it not longer had the bloom that it should have looked. Despite it's lush and beautiful colours, the presentation of the flowers were disappointing. Overall. I rate the delivery service as 2 stars because there is much to improve on when the flowers are delivered and how it is packaged could be greatly improved on.

Ordered flowers through the Winnipeg location for delivery to Steinbach. Flowers arrived in very poor condition. Complained, and was promised replacement flowers. Days later, still no replacement flowers. On line customer service was also less than satisfactory. Asked for a refund, but this was simply ignored. Would not recommend and will look for alternative next time.

I ordered a mother's day bouquet 2 days before it was to be delivered and when received half the bouquet look dried up. Highly disappointed since the image on the website looked NOTHING like what was received. Yea there is a message that says "Actual bouquet will vary from photo" but I wasn't expecting a completely different bouquet. The reason i chose the one i did was because i loved the mix of pink, lilac and white flowers seen on the image on the site. I atleast expected a similar color scheme to be sent. The one received was literally overloaded with white flowers and maybe 2 pink and 3 red flowers. Once again ... HIGHLY disappointed!

I have used Bloomex several times. They have delivered the flowers late, the flowers look as if they have been sitting for a few days and are wilted. They leave them outside in the cold which causes further damage. I could not reach anyone in customer service. I will not use them again.

And by the way, I sent Bloomex an email with pictures of what I ordered vs. what my friend received. I asked them how my Supersize order came even close to costing what I paid. They didn't reply in person. Instead, I received an email almost immediately (I presume they get a lot of complaints and have this set up and ready to go), offering a $20 Bloomex gift card if I clicked a link. I obviously haven't ordered from them again, and I'm sorry I didn't read reviews online prior to ordering. I'm actually kicking myself for being lazy when in reality, I should simply be disappointed that the service paid for wasn't the service received.
