“I totally agree with the previous review, the sound...”

I totally agree with the previous review, the sound quality and battery life are excellent however it does not fit at all comfortably on the ear.

It is supplied with various ear gels which are neither comfortable nor do they stay in. The two ear hooks are better but very flimsy and to purchase a replacement is approximately £10 for a pack - which only contains one ear hook - a real con!

My Jabra BT530 is going back tomorrow as the on/off slide switch has now broken off and the ear piece will not switch on/off.

This is a real shame as the sound quality is excellent and I can pair it to both my phones at the same time. Pity Jabra don't sort out the small problems - and sell ear hooks individually - if they did this would be an unbeatable headset! Come on Jabra - get your act together............

The sound at both ends of the call is excellent with this earpiece. The "Noise Blackout TM" noise cancellation works very well too.

But - and it's a big but - it is NOT comfortable to wear.

The gel earpieces alone are not good for me. They are too large and difficult to fit into my ear. The earpiece is continually falling out, which is useless in the car. It is much better with the ear hook fitted, though I still end up with a slightly sore ear by the end of the day.

And the ear hook is so flimsy it is easily broken when you put the earpiece in your pocket. Two are supplied but they are impossible to buy - you can buy a whole pack containing one hook, and including half a dozen gels which I don't need, for £10!

If Jabra could sort out the comfort and make the ear hooks more robust I would recommend it. As it is, I cannot.
