“Good customer service”

Excellent customer service from Naomi, our flight was cancelled by airline and Naomi took alot of time to sort out best alternative and arrange all the rebooking.

“holiday deal suggestions off mark”

I use flightline all the time and recommend it strongly, however not impressed by the ads for deals. It would, for example, probably cost me more to get to Birmingham or Manchester than the whole of the holidays advertised from those airports. If you intend to advertise deals you should offer the facility for customers to specify where they can/are willing to fly FROM otherwise they are an irritation and likely to result in cancellation of the newsletter/update emails

“Just had a great holiday in Morocco. ”

Just had a great holiday in Morocco.

We changed our bookings a couple of times. Flightline were helpful, and the changes were made without hiccup.

They also used a good, local agent in Morocco (Agadir) called Sahara Tours International, who handled our transfer to the hotel and a couple of very good excursions too.

Overall, very happy.

Peace of mind, when gold trail went bump who'd they'd booked the tickets through (we didn't know they were agents but wouldn't of made any differences to our bookings), we were insured for our flights through flightlines own insurance, they paid up within a month and they are claiming back from cia on our behalf, which I believe can take upto 2 years. We weren't covered by abta as we thought we were because they only cover package holidays not flight only sales. They kept us informed all along the way, however our flights were nearly £100 more when we tried to re-book- also the same with other companies and they couldn't give us the same dates for some reason, any way we cancelled and didn't go.

First time we have booked through this company, and we would definately use again, they did change our accomodation at the last minute but that wasnt their fault, we were impressed with the way they handled everything, and the price we paid was half of what we normally pay for the same thing

I booked a cheap flight with Flightline. They booked the flight and then cancelled it and took my money. I am waiting for a refund. I want answers and now nobody is answering the phone. What should I do?
