Letting agent and managing agent turned up at property to show me around as a possible new tenant... but without a key between them!
Expected me to make up my mind by looking at the outside of the front door...

I met with an agent from Belvoir Lettings at a business group & hearing how positively landlords talked about the company I recommended them to a friend who was moving abroad. She had two St Albans properties to rent out & they were BOTH LET IN A FORTNIGHT, and got the price she wanted. Fabulous service. And now I am a tenant too and the service has been excellent.

Better, cheaper properties which are comparable to those that Belvoir let are available for the St Albans area.
