Kalkan, Emir Apartments

We had a wonderful holiday at Kalkan, superb restaurants, very attractive old town and delightful people. I would recommend.

Went to Kalkan in May/June 2008 and we loved it so much we booked to go again later in the year. Booked it all independently. Bellamina is a brilliant apartment with fabulous views over Kalkan bay and vilage, but only a short walk to the centre and all those fabulous restaurants and shops! Lots to see and do as it's in the heart of the ancient Lycian empire. Don't gp if you want nightclubs and late nights - it's primarily a resort for families and couples. It's more expensive than the rest of Turkey, but worth every single penny!
