Red strawberry promptly dispatched the reels to me. I found them to be strong and hard wearing and as good today as the day i purchased them almost a year ago. The retractable wire has retained its tension and is able to cope with weighty items. None of my staff have reported any faults with them.

We ordered some belt fobs from Red Strawberry and paid the money up front. We received seemingly feeble quality items that fell apart in a matter of days. We asked for an exchange for a different product and did not receive a reply on two occasions. I feel that the fact that they do not list a contact telephone number on their website should have given me an indication what to expect.
