Recently I wrote to customer feedback about baggage handling issue at Singapore. New CEO responded immediately and not only that he got Biman station Manager in Singapore to contact me. He gave me regular update on the findings . It was a good experience first time with Biman's management. I encourage others to provide feedback and experience the outcome.

I Will Never Travel With Bangladesh Biman. Travell
I will never travel with Bangladesh Biman. Travelled with them many years ago. People who travel with the airline and the staff don't know how to keep a toilets clean. Seats are smaller, dirty and staff are not friendly. Will always travel Emirates, Virgin, Malaysian Airlines. People spit in the aisles, make nasty throat clearing noises and generally have no manners. Biman is cheaper though but would rather pay extra for service and cleanliness.

Biman Bangladesh Airlines, generally good service. Good food. Good staff. No bad points in my experience, however I have heard from others about flight delays.
