Valu City - Swivel Chair
My husband and I purchased a swivel chair a little over 5 years ago.
We are both over 70 and so there has been less wear and tear than normal.
The arms started bubbling up and flaking off. It looks horrible.
They said because it is over 5 years there is no warranty left.
I love the chair but am so disappointed in the quality.
