Moray Firth Windows

Purchased a conservatory, joiners were good. After 2 months gutter was leaking at joint because it was cut too short. Water leak at flashing between conservatory & house. Salesman inspected problem & agreed to repair it. After a year of phone calls & emails we are fed up of all the broken promises. Two of our friends were having their houses improved and loved our conservatory. We told them NOT to use this company.

I would say be wary.After finally getting the windows fitted (which are of good quality & joiner did a fantastic job) after getting runaround from him on a date, then fitting wrong window .Iam still waiting for him to come & do a minor repair.He did come to fix it just a shame he fixed the wrong bit,so still waitin for it to be repaired( windows went in sept 2014 )I have foned & foned bin told he'd call back & never does.I just hope nothing major goes wrong .Would be a fantastic company if he wasn't in charge !!!! Wish someone had warned me about the way customers are treated

Appalling after sales services. Fitted wrong glass to window - and it split in 2. 9 weeks later, still chasing them up to get them to fix it. Each week a promise and then nothing. The man who can sort it is hardly ever there and the time it would take to fix would be roughly 30 minutes! They promise to call back - and don't, and promise to come out 'this week' - and don't!

Have advised the architect who recommend them to us about the problems we have had and also advised that I would not recommend them at all!

I would have liked to know about their after sales service before going ahead with them.

New front door fitted for an exorbitent price. Money up front. After three attempts to fix they have given up despite 10 year guarantee. Initialy made a mess of the fitting including putting the phone junction box behind a bit of plaster board and bent it round to fit. I would recommend thatpeople should avoid at all costs.

Went up to look at a door around 2 months ago and still waiting for the door. We called a few times and just got fobbed off. They even lost the details of the door. I feel as if they have just waisted my time. If I went further afield and never went local I would have had the door in by now.

The whole company seemed very un professional and no-one could give me details of the door apart from one person who was never in.

had my windows replaced by this company and at first i thought what a waste of time the salesman never returned my calls then finally i got a date for fitting .the joiners made a lovely job they were very pleasant and very proffesional . so if anyone reads this the windows are very good quality the price is a lot cheaper than most around £1500 that was a good saving they make a lovely job just a shame about the sales department but at the end of the day it was worth the wait

I couldn't thank MFW enough for their service, I have just had a new conservatory installed and i couldn't be happier with it. David Taylor the managing director could not have done enough for me. what a difference it has made to my house!

the sales man george waste of time glass was wrong and door was wrong the fitter from forres was no good they would not come back and fix problam woul;d not recomend them to fit windows to a dog kennal

We found the company provided an excellent service. The people we spoke to in the office we found to br very courtious and informative. The options provided were varied and after there excellent advise we decided to go place our order with the company. The windows and doors are now fitted and we are delighted with the product and the fitting. We would have no hesitation recommending Moray Firth Windiws to friends.

What a difference my new windows have made to my house, these were made and fitted by Moray Firth Windows. My house is draft free now thanks to this well functioned company and i am very pleased i picked Moray Firth windows to do my windows when i comparing other companies against Moray Firth as i found there prices were high and when i saw samples of the product i wasnt struck on them either.
