It is disappointing that you can’t rotate your phone and view property photos in landscape as you can do on all other property apps. Welcome to the 21st century

I'm looking forward to rent a suite in Canada through a third party Primelocation and the landlord is in different country.all the transaction will be carried through the third party Primelocation. i was asked to deposit first month rent and caution deposit that me and landlord agreed to, to Primelocation and they'll send the keys and legal docs through UPS or DHL. 'Primelocation' will keep this amount on hold and will not be transferred to landlord unless we are completely okay with the suite. The amount will be transferred to the landlord only with our approval and if we are not happy with the suite the payment will be refunded. My question is, is Primelocation a trustworthy third party so that I can make the payment? Does everything goes fairly if there is any bluff involved? I'm little confused getting into this whole third party transaction. Can anyone help me out with this?
