I wanted to write to thank you very much for initially dealing with my concerns in regard to the rendering. The job would be completed and to a high standard. The person I dealt with was excellent at explaining and answering any questions I had including keeping me advised throughout. I'm thrilled with the job and it was a wonderful surprise to arrive home from holiday very recently to find the work completed. It looks great! We completed on our house a month ago now and we just wanted to say what a fantastic experience! We had a few minor snags when we moved in but they were sorted very quickly. People forget these are hand built homes and you may find a problem or two but that's the same with any house you buy. Thank you for our lovely home.

Brought a hopkins home (Wintergreen) in Stalham, small snagging list. List was completed within days. Great home . Couldn't ask for anything better. Slightly pricey compared to other new homes around the norwich area, but the build is outstanding.

We moved in to our listed hospital conversion in September ,all we can say is what a fantastic job Hopkins have done it is amazing .our house has been carefully refurbished to an excellent standard.Also the thought that Hopkins have gone too with regards to the area is also excellent as everything has been thought out so well and blends in .This is the third house that we have brought and right from day one with the sales team customer services etc everything has been brilliant,we would recommend Hopkins ,keep up the good work.

Due to the number of negative comments I found the need to write one myself. So we moved into our family detached 4 bed home on Aylsham St Michaels Place in November 2013 so we have been there for 8 months now and love it! Absolutely no problems with the house other than a little bit of paint on the outside needed fixing which the site manager arranged. The house is well made and built with high quality materials and the market is rising. The house just opposite us did sell for £60k more than we paid, so prices are going up. Our young children also attend the local infant school and with all the shops and restaurants like the Indian and the Black Boys to have a nice evening meal right on our doorstep is a major bonus. Tip: try to negotiate grass in the back garden.
