I bought a few wine stoppers in August when i received them one was damaged, so i wrote to the company to let them know what had happened, i was asked to send a picture of the damaged product which i did and i am still waiting for a response four months later. Bad customer service. Not a happy customer.

The issue with not being able to see postage costs whilst shopping is a very valid one and something that we, at Hastings crystal, have been working to resolve. When an item is placed in the basket now, the customer is automatically shown their basket complete with the total shipping cost. Hopefully this will make each step of the checkout process much clearer for our customers.
