Don't buy from this company! They're very quick to take your money for goods that are not in stock, and when the stock doesn't materialise on the stated date and you cancel your order they don't refund you.

I had a response by e-mail from the company although I'd called their freephone number and left them a telephone number to call me on, the company blames the delay on their suppliers in Italy. I've received no contact for some time now.

Bought several pods from Cafeco most have been no better than cheaper pods-will review the others soon. The delivery was very slow at 3 weeks and customer service poor-no replies to emails or letters and items delivered were short of what was paid for. A premium price but not a premium product no where near as good as Lavazza or Illy.
