I purchased a hotpoint Freezer and am very disappointed. It is less than 2 years old and the fronts on all the drawers are either cracked (and dangerously sharp) or broken off altogether. When I phoned Hotpoint, they would only replace the drawer covers at a charge because it was over 1 year old. I would not buy Hotpoint again, due to the poor quality and the poor aftersales service.
