poor staff relations, food terrrible,24 hour service non exsistant told by reception we must collect any orders from there,would not return to this dull place, bar is closed by 2245 the list of complaints is non ending, as a frequent user of buisness and holiday locations this rates as one of the worst hotels i have stayed in so do not stay here
