“Poor Performance and design fault”

The pin holding the extension tubes together has broken four times. SEBO after some discussion have in fairness replaced the part. Last time we spoke to Customer care, they admitted there was a design fault and the extension tubes should not be extended past the 17th notch.... We subsequently have never extended the tubes to their full extent. Today, yup, the pin broke and the tubes cannot be extended.
