I placed an order on 11th Dec and that was due to be delivered before xmas. There was no communication from them on this. When I called them today, I was told that the order has not been sent out from warehouse. The online team can only request the warehouse for the items to be dispatched. When I asked why didn't it post yet so the answer was we are busy and we try our best we can. Now I can see they started refunding the money as they didn't action on it at all. The products could be out of stock so only way to resolve it cancelling the order. Not sure what sort of service is this. People purchase xmas gift and those are not delivered on time

Great if you’re a fan of waiting a week to have a simple order fulfilled, and enjoy seeing your package of medicine squashed into a stupidly small envelope that clearly wasn’t up to the job. Whole thing just stinks of unprofessionalism.

My parents gp surgery made an error with their prescriptions. Thanks to the wonderful efforts of the Lloyds pharmacy staff (Grove Green, Maidstone) the correct items were delivered within 2 hours of the surgery correcting their mistake. Very impressed with the service especially as the pharmacy was extremely busy at the time. Nothing is too much bother for these lovely people.

Ordered a product online for click and collect, next day I get an email saying it was packed and shipped. After SIXTEEN days there was no news of arrival. Contacted customer service by form, said to wait TEN WORKING DAYS. Went to pharmacy, said there was nothing they could do, to call the help line. Called the helpline, they believe the package was lost. "No more stock of that item, sorry, here's you're refund, should be with you within 3 days." Absolute joke of a service, customers left wondering what's going on. Zero care. No wonder they are closing.. hopefully they'll give way to pharmacies that actually know what they're doing

I ordered an Omron M3 Comfort blood pressure monitor on Monday 6 June 2022 to be delivered by Friday. I received an order confirmation email and was told I would be informed when it was sent. I emailed them on Thursday to say I had not received an "item sent" message and was told there would be an extended response time due to limited advisor availability. I phoned on Friday to explain the situation and was told they are no longer in stock so I would have to accept a refund, which would take 3 to 5 days. So, Lloyds accepted my order when they had stock and took the money out of my account. Then they did not send the order and later ran out of stock. I then received an email saying that the order had been "cancelled at my request". This was a total lie because I was bluntly told I would be refunded with no alternative offered, such as a more advanced model at a reduced price. The attitude was tough luck, no apologies, we will refund you. I will never use this company again.

My mother who is blind, deaf and disabled has her medication delivered, yesterday it didn’t turn up, no notice, no one let us know, just didn’t arrive, life threatening, I live 2 hrs away, drove down went ti the pharmacy on a Saturday morning at 11am, closed not going to open, went to the other Lloyds in Princes Risborough and staff there were no help whatsoever, rang Lloyds customer service and no help either, these charlatans are putting lives at risk!!! Do not trust.

Placed an order with promise of 10% from first order, no discount given, code not valid, completed order still the 10% discount not taken off at checkout as promised. Wrote immediately asking if I should cancel order, wrote again, and again no reply wrote to the CEO no reply, then four days later order arrived, for a birthday present, still sat here unopened as still waiting them to reply, i would avoid trusting or ordering from Lloyds.

I learned medicurelocate.com got the best escrow deals now our days.My cousin from reveiew center tried it and it worked and it was legit.

I order perfume to be delivered today for Xmas present and they let me down no delivery and customer service do not answer was waiting for 45min. Useless company. Never again.

Lloyds write to an elderly neighbour to invite him for a flu Jab, he phones them and told to book on the Internet, he says I don't use the Internet. He phones customer service and is told to use on line help page, he repeats he does not have a computer or use Internet. CS repeats and put him on hold for 17 minutes until he hangs up. The most unprofessional of any company. Guy still can't get his jab

Booked a flu jab on line. No telephone confirmation received so rang Tolworth branch. First person I spoke to had a very unfriendly telephone manner and passed the phone to someone else without informing me. The second person was more helpful but advised they had no-one to administer a flu jab as booked and could I book again. Not good service, I have had this appointment booked for some time. Had I not called would have had a wasted trip - go to Boots much better service.

The 2nd August I ordered on line a medicine and I specifically choose to collect my order from the Whitechapel Pharmacy because i had afraid of mail delays. I really needed to collect the medicine the 3rd August. The website says that if you order before 6 pm you will receive the delivery the next day.... Of course, they didn't deliver the medicine.... I called the customer care service and I explained my situation. They didn't propose me any solution such a same day delivery to my work place or a kind of refund for their disservice. I also mentioned that I was going to write bad reviews... they simply don't care at all, probably they are used to it (and the low rating on this website probably prove it!!!) I don't recommend this service to anyone. I bought also medicine from the Lloyd Pharmacy at the Barts Hospital. I was really surprised that each time you had to buy a medicine they make you wait minimum 20 minutes to collect the medicine.... Based on my experiences I truly believe they are not organized at all!! If you have time to waste this is your perfect pharmacy. Antonio

Awful Welsh woman who works at Lloyds Addenbrookes needs to taught some manners and how to a bit more tactful. When I asked her how long my husband's prescription would be I was bluntly told "When it's ready". When we picked up his prescription her saying to my husband to "cough it up" is down right disgraceful as he has COPD.

I recently signed up with Lloyds pharmacy on-line and ordered my first prescription, 5 days later still not delivered. I called them after day 2 and was told the item was in the post and would be here by the next day. This is day 5 and still nothing. I have cancelled all further orders.

Visited Lloyds pharmacy in Barlanark,normally get my prescriptions there,but lately noticed the service has deteriorated immensely. Today was no exception,a staff member was far too busy talking ,to notice I was there ,she eventually took my scripts only for another member of staff to ,take other customers before me ,consequently,I had a longer waiting time as the staff member I had was last to get mine through .I had said I would take them back as prevous customers had theirs finished before myself ,

I attempted to use the on line service due to the fact I'm not in the uk currently due to work commitments so unable to visit my GP. I have a diagnosed condition made through a private consultation in 2009 and I'm still in receipt of that private prescription . My thinking was because I'm suffering from a flatter up I'd order the meds needed and my family could give these to my work colleague who about to fly out my location. I was treated like I was lying by one the doctors !! All my answers were accurate !!!! As you maybe aware many drugs that were develop to treat one coniftion treat multiple illness. I would suggest you another online service like web meds - they are professional , Would recommend NO !

LLoyds pharmacy in cogges Witney next door to the surgery, every time I walk in always a friendly hello from staff. Minimum waiting in store for prescription which is as change from waiting 20-40 minutes in local boots! Would like to give a shout out to I think the name is Grace (dispenser I think.) very kind young lady very helpful and the New pharmacist who is call Amilia (Australian lady) so helpful with all the quiries I ask. They both deserve praise. Would recommend this pharmacy to all friends and family.

Placed an order including an over the counter medicine, plus a few small items. Received an email the next day that they couldn't supply the medication -- no explanation as to why, but shipped out the small items with postage costing more than the items. They then bombard you with emails. A joke.

I have never felt the need to write a review but I feel the care and service I received was very disappointing especially considering the employees work in health care. I Visited lloyds pharmacy Bearwood High St today - as I had a severe headache whilst out shopping and was concerned about my blood pressure being high . Only 1 other customer was in the shop - 3 members of staff - I was kept waiting 10 mins - I am a doctor which I then told one assistant and requested that I do it myself if she got me the machine- She said she'll he back in a minute- - ( not sure what all 3 of them were doing as there was only 1 other customer in the shop-) eventually she took my reading which was significantly high so she had to inform the pharmacist- then she came back and said its not a correct reading as I was not happy to have been kept waiting - she said I needed to sit for another 20 mins or have it taken another day . I said I'll just do it again now and she then went to pull the cuff of my arm - I was shocked by her controlling action and looked at her - I said "you had better get the pharmacist in -that's not appropriate " The pharmacist was very condescending - considering my reading was so high - instead of being calm and reassuring she was rude and confrontational. I left the shop as I could feel my headache worsening - I feel that the management of Lloyds need to be aware of what has happened on the shop front today to prevent other customers being treated so poorly. Disappointed , angry and upset

having worked for the company for sometime i have found them to be an appalling company to work for. i myself suffered from a broken arm and they were not willing to support me. them being a healthcare company were not bothered about my health in the slightest. they refused me pay which i was entitled to but also when returning to work with a arm that was still broken they offered me no support. making it hard for me to make me hospital appointments and much more. which i believe to be disgraceful. i was labelled as disabled. i would not recommend this to be a company to work for.
