Went with my daughter to choose her dress on Feb 11th. She was brilliant. My daughter tried on a few dresses and then she suggested ones which might suit her (they all did!) - there was no pressure to buy, we didn't feel rushed even when the shop started to get a bit busy. We must have been there a couple of hours and eventually came away with a gorgeous dress which my daughter fell in love with. She looked stunning in it. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

I visited the shop last sunday not really knowing what I was looking for but as soon as I got in the shop I felt at ease ,Carol the assistant who works there was really helpful and very friendly I picked about 4 dresses what I liked carol helped me try them on and advised me on weather the dress was for me after about trying on about 11 dresses carol turned round and said there's one more dress which I want you to try she went upstairs to get it and brought it down well I fell in love with it, it was just what I wanted and it fitted perfect so I ended up buying it, it only took about 3 hours but was well worth it just carn't wait for my big day to come so I can wear it I would like to say a very big thank you to carol for all the help and advise she give to me nothing was to much touble for her and I will be telling my friends about the great experience we had in going to the shop

AS AN EX MEMBER OF STAFF FROM THIS STORE , I WOULD LIKE TO ADD AN HONEST REVIEW ON WHAT THE WEDDING COLLECTION COMPANY HAS TO OFFER.I RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM A CLIENT SAYING I HAD BEEN MENTIONED ON THIS REVIEW. MY NAME IS JAYE KELLY, NOT JADE OR JAYNE, AND I WORKED FOR THE COMPANY FROM JAN TO OCTOBER OF THIS YEAR. AS LONG AS I HAD WORKED FOR ALI THE OWNER I HAD NO REPORTS OF RUDENESS FROM MYSELF , OR RITA THE OVER SALES ASSISTANT,IN FACT WE RECIEVED COMPLIMENTS.(AND CHOCOLATES REGULARY ).ALI THE OWNER HAS JUST HAD A BABY SO THATS PROBABLY THE BABY WHO WAS GETTING THE ATTENTION , BUT ON DAYS I WORKED ALONG WITH OTHERS WE ALWAYS DID OUR BEST TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER FEEL WELCOME.WE WERE PROBABLY EXCITED TO SEE OUR BOSS`S NEW BABY..WHO WOULDNT BE..
REGARDING THE OVER LADY JOYCE AS REFERRED TO BY OTHERS AS THE OLDER LADY, WE KNEW OF ONE COMPLAINT , IT WAS REGARDING THE LADY WHO WAS PREGNANT AND JOYCE DIDNT MEAN TO SAY IT AS SHE DID , THE ONE PETITICOAT WE HAVE ON DISPLAY IS USED DAILY SO OBVIOUSLEY THERE IS WEAR AND TEAR.IM SURE IF YOU SPOKE TO JOYCE SHE COULD EXPLAIN IT . I LEFT THE COMPANY DUE TO THE SEASON BEEN QUIET.NO OTHER REASON...
THE DRESSES ARE ALL REASONABLE PRICED, EXCELLANT VALUE AND IM SURE IF YOU PAY THE WEDDING COLLECTION A VISIT IT WILL BE WELL WORTH IT.PLEASE DONT LET THESE REVEIWS PUT YOU OFF, IT MAKES THE STAFF ALI,JOYCE AND RITA MORE EAGER TO PLEASE YOU.MY TIME SPENT AT THE WEDDING COLLECTION ( NOT COMPANY ) AT HORNSEA FREEPORT WAS PLEASURABLE AND IM SURE YOURS WILL BE .ALSO IF YOU FEEL NEGATIVE ABOUT THE STORE MENTION IT INSIDE , NOT ON HERE AS ONCE LEFT ALI AND HER STAFF CANNOT HELP YOU .
