The waltons Keswick Summerhouse we bought did not go together well....I had a gardener in to put it up (he has built several sheds before) and he said it was a nightmare, lots of the wood was the wrong size so he had to cut most of it to size himself. The roof felt they delivered was also wrong and Waltons refused to send the correct felt as they said it was in their terms and conditions so they can replace any part they want with a replacement......They advertise the specifications with mineral felt but they deliver a felt which is not worth putting on as it's so bad. I now have to go out and purchase my own felt at an additional cost! The service was awful and their customer service department is terrible. The lady even hung up on me just because I said I wanted to speak to someone more senior to try to resolve the issue of the roof felt! I was not even rude. I will never buy anything from Waltons again as the service was so awful! and the building just as bad!

Ordered a Waltons Keswick Georgian Summerhouse. The front doors came already hung on the panel, great! Unfortunately one was hung the wrong way round, which meant the glass panels didn't fit properly and the doors didn't match. When I phoned customer service they said to take a photo as they needed to see the problem, I am hardly going to lie about this seeing as I've just paid someone to put this up and believe me its not an easy job! I told them I needed another door and I wanted someone to come and hang it. They only send me replacement faulty parts whether it was already part of a panel or not. It was up to me to fit it and put right! This company is poor, their customer service is poor and some of the staff were rude. I strongly recommend people deal with smaller local companies who offer a better level of service and put their customers first, which is something in my case I did not feel Waltons did.
