I ordered an item for a friends birthday and it arrived within 48 hours. Unfortunately it was damaged upon arrival and I called Amaroni and spoke to their customer service department. I explained what had happened and they agreed to send a replacement on a next day service. I received a call the next day advising me of the delivery time so I didnt have to wait in all day. The item arrived exactly on time and in perfect condition. I also received a call after the delivery asking if everything was acceptable and apologising that the first item was damaged which they asked me to dispose of. I couldnt have asked for a better service and being able to deal with a "Human Being" as opposed to an automated service was very reassuring.

I ordered six wine glasses on 24th June 2013 delivery date 2nd-6th July now 25th July no delivery. contacted company four times still no product I now now to read reviews first. steer well clear of this company.

Their range of products and their pricing are great but I'm afraid that's where it ends with Amaroni. I ordered something from them at the end of May 2013, the item was quoted as being in stock. They took my money immediately. When it hadn't arrived two weeks later, I called and spoke to a director of the company who assured me he would do everything possible to sort it out. Turns out their stock was damaged. OK, that can happen. I was promised it would be sent to me when they got their next delivery from their supplier, 2 weeks later. That date came and went with no information from Amaroni. I chased them multiple times by email and phone. All I got was promises they would deal with it ASAP. Now, 7 weeks after I placed my order, I still haven't received my goods, I have no idea when or if they will send to me, they're now not responding to my emails and phone calls and I'm going to seek a refund. Heaven knows how long I'll have to wait for that and how many unmet promises Amaroni will make along the way, but I certainly will never deal with them again.

I bought a corkscrew from them, it broke after few weeks, wrote them for repair/fix, first time they promised to do something, but when I contacted them again they ignored my requests.

After they told me they could not send an ordered product, I'm now waiting for two months for the refund. They made several promises that it was taken care of, but after two months they did still not refunded the money. Please do yourself a pleasure and do not buy products from this fraudulent company,

After the delivery date passed, it emerged that Royal Mail lost my delivery and when I contacted Amaroni, the sent a replacement immediately via Fedex. Excellent Customer Service, on a par with John Lewis. I will use again.

Excellent service from this seller - they called to explain that the colour 'blush' I'd ordered was no longer in stock and asked if I would mind a replacement in 'aqua' instead. I was happy enough with that - when it arrived the following day there was a bonus shopping back in the same design included in the parcel free of charge. Wonderful service, I can't recommend the seller highly enough.

I wish I had read these reviews before orderning from this company. I've ordered a coffee table as well and I've been waiting for 3 weeks now. I managed to speak to somebody on the 2nd week who told me that the coffee table would be delivered by the end of the 2nd week but I haven't received anything yet. I really regret dealing with this company so please stay away from Amaroni. I'll be contacting trading standard. I really wish I had done my research before buying from them.

I ordered a dining table and am still waiting for it even though they have taken the money out of my account - 5 weeks after the original order. They don't respond to emails and they never answer their phone. I regret buying from the site and won't be doing it again. Take my advice and stay clear of amaroni.com.

Very quick at sending product out. Not good if you want your money back! Order placed and returned within a week in May....refund credited mid August despite being told on several occassions the refund had been actioned. Numerous calls made to an unanswered phone. Unbelievable amount of time wasted and very poor reaction to my complaint. Amaroni is a fine example in why internet shopping gets bad press.

The Amaroni website has an amazing range of products, wedding consultant was available 7 days a week. They dealt with all our guests who had problems or questions and delivered all our items on the day specified by us with a free bottle of champagne.
Overall, great Website, great products, good service, highly recommended
