DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY!!! This company also trades as EIBACH SHOP UK nothing to do with eibach apparently Means has u can be bothered to return my phone calls or respond to my emails I’ll message u publicly and see if I get a response this way I ordered a set of spacers for a my car and got sent the wrong ones (due to there website being incorrect), I sent the spacers back for a exchange at my own time and cost (which they should have paid for ), now they telling me I can’t have a exchange or a refund because I put tape on the box and the spacers were apparently in poor condition which is absolute BS as they we’re never fitted being the wrong ones, so now I’m £120 down with no spacers , stay well away people !!!!

Avoid the b4 febi bilstein shock at all costs febi shock failed less than 200 miles - worst customer service i have ever encountered they will ask you to remove the shock, put car on axle stands send them the shock they will test it and maybe send you another and you pay all the extra labout incurred febi shock failed less than 200 miles - potn website also knowsn as bilstiensuspensionsuperstore worst company on the internet

Bought a sports hose kit for a VW GTI, and having paid to have the hoses replaced and fitted correctly at a garage,the turbo hose was to big by 60ml. POTN blamed the car,and couldn't supply a replacement. Complete waste of time and money,and very obtuse people. Sorted a replacement myself in the end at added cost to me, and POTN didn't want to know.

Ordered wrong part, which was stupid of me, but staff at POTN seemed ready to help out & suggested I refuse delivery of item, then they would send out correct part when original arrived back at their supplier. I did so, and had it confirmed by the courier that the item was there. Three weeks later I have heard nothing, and POTN are ignoring my emails requesting an update. Naturally they won't answer their phone either. Seems they were happy to help until they'd received the part back, then thought,

Having ordered some brake discs they arrived the next day. However, as they were damaged I asked for them to be collected. They said they would then replace them. Two weeks on and they have still not replaced them. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! WHAT COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER SO YOU CAN CONTACT THEM?????

Absolutely do not purchase anything from them i beg you. I ordered a set of discs and pads for my car which was simple and paid online. The parts turned up in good time, however, the pads looked like they fitted a scammell tank transporter! anyway i decided to give them a call to arrange the pads to go back for exchange for the correct ones. Anyway the seasons passed and the pads did not get collect as they said would happen. I called again and arranged to have them collected again and said i just wanted my money credited back to my account. A month on and still no refund!!! I keep asking myself that if they did this to so many people a week then how much money would they con. My advice people is to go to your local parts supplier and get your bits cause these people are dishonest

BEWARE - Please do not use this company as if you have similar experience that I have had you will be disappointed.
I ordered some Eibach spring on the 24th Sept. On the 3rd Oct I still did not have the springs and they stated they they were having issues from the supplier. On the 5th Oct I ended up asking for a refund as they could not get the springs from the supplier. On asking for a refund they responded saying it takes up to 14 days. This is obviously absurdly long but I accepted this. Contacting POTN again on the 24th Oct Chris actually replied on the 25th with a stock answer saying it can take 14 days to complete a refund. He did not acknowledge that the refund was requested on the 5th, confirmed by him on the 6th.
A truly poor experience and I am now contacting my credit card company to retrieve the money.

They will blame being short staffed or that goods have been lost between them and supplier. In my case I phoned K&N direct to be told my air filter had not been ordered until 2 days before i received it.
Be aware this company uses filterpower.co.uk and performance-filters.co.uk
Save yourself time, money and grief and use a reputable company and not this bunch of liars.

I used to shop with POTN a few years ago, and service then was good, if a little slow. They then twice sent me the wrong parts which I had to send back to get exchanged - this is about 3 years ago.
I'm still waiting for my part I ordered a month ago, again they sent me the wrong item (which I had to pay to return) and 2 weeks later I am still waiting. The only contact is by email which they say they will reply within 8 hours, its been 4 days and I've not had any contact (I've sent two messages now) - there is no contact number so you cant even speak to a person, but from experience even when they did have a number they were next to useless and sounded as if they didn't want to be there. If I get the item I ordered within the next 2 weeks I will be very surprised, I'm beginning to think I've spent £40 for absolutely nothing. One big waste of time and money if you ask me, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Appalling, placed an order on 10 JUL 10, chased up on 16 JUL 10 as the order had not changed status, to be told item wont be in stock until 04 AUG 10, thought ok I can wait, had to chase again on 06 AUG 10, this time told that their supplier had not received delivery and that they would be due in stock on 30 AUG 10.
When I asked how they were going to compensate me for the inconvenience, no reply, requested a refund as I was not happy to wait especially without any incentive, no reply. Had to go through PayPal for a refund.
So in summary:
1) customer service is non-existent.
2) at the slightest wiff of dis-satisfaction they go quite.
3) cancelling an order seems nie-on-impossible without a third party (glad I actually used Pay Pal this time)

Absolutely appalling. Ordered alloys two months ago for 48 hour delivery.....chased them up after three weeks (to allow them time to rectify), and was told the item was no longer available. They hadn't bothered to contact me to tell me that. Cancelled order and was told a refund would take up to fourteen days. I was still waiting after 25 days, and only the threat of legal action and a credit card chargeback actually ensured I received my money back.
I've seen fish and chip shops with better customer service. AVOID.

Said was in stock was not, took payment before sending, promised it was coming 3 times then nothing, still waiting to get my money back will contact paypal. They do not reply to e-mails only when it suits them. Stay clear of these

Very dissapointed, made an order for something that said had 7 instock on their website but then when I had not recived it after a few days contacted them asking where is my purchase and they said its just come in and dispatching it today, waited a few days still nothing so asked to cancel order and give me my money back, they said that they had cancelled the order and refund sent its now 3 weeks since then tried to contact them multiple times still not recived my money back.
I am not having to contact my bank to chase them up about this as the purchase was done online with a credit card.

Order at your own risk!! I made an order for wheels which they could not supply. They had taken payment and would not return until 14 days later even though it does not state it in the T&C. Would not use or recommend to anyone

Ordered a set of springs in January. They told me they tried to deliver them 3 times even when I was in the house and were unsuccessful. In the end, they sent the springs back to Germany and asked if I still wanted them after I had paid for them. After finally receiving the springs months later, I found they are for the older model of my car and I checked on the potn website i had ordered the right springs. It is now June and after sending them many emails, they have chosen not to reply to me. I only want the right part and not a refund and they still won't email me back. Would not recommend them only because they don't have a phone number to call to discuss anything. Once they receive the money from you, they won't particularly care about what happens after.

Wish i'd read these reviews before dealing with POTN. ordered alloys ...took my money and they never arrived, they would not respond to any emails i sent...eventually i asked for refund which they said they would give me straight away, they did not give me a refund so now i'm going through paypal to get my money back...they even had the cheek to respond to my paypal dispute saying they had returned my money and paypal had it? i phoned paypal who told me they were telling lies....dispute still on going..they are yet to respond. they have caused me lots of stress and hassle and unable to purchase alloys/tyres which i,m in desparet need of...use my car for work.

Going through just the same s... now. Almost 6 weeks have passed since I asked them to cancel my order. Got one single email in response to numerous emails, claiming that the funds would be returned within 2 weeks. Now over three weeks have passed, no money, no answers, no replies to the claim I have raised via PayPal. If I only had read these reviews....

They promise to deliver next day but once they take your money they completely ignore you. I tried to get in touch several times over a period of several days but was ignored (they don't provide a phone number only an email address). After googling them, I realised I was one of many people who've had the same experience.
In the end I was forced to cancel the other, and a week after cancellation I'm still waiting for a refund. Please spare yourself a lot of misery and shop elsewhere. Most local shops will be able to match the online prices - I bought the same alloys locally, for the same price as online, and got them the next day, with much better customer service this time.

Like all the other poor reviews, I ordered wheels from this company, they stated I would have them within three days. Emailed them after a week, they said it would be after the bank holiday, another week later, I emailed again, reply stated they had just arrived in the country and I would have them within 7 days, 7 days have now passed, no update, no emails, no wheels. The only thing ths company appear to be good at is taking your money nice and quick. Now calling the police, as this stinks of fraud. Also contacting Mastercard to get them to pull the funds back. Do not ever use this company, the positive reviews are probably fraudulant. Total Con.
