Have just had a Howdens kitchen fitted ( Fairford Sage Green) . From start to finish the service I received was excellent. The designer was very patient and provided me with lots of options, no pressure regarding timescales and was happy to discuss what I wanted, what I needed and gave me an outstanding design within budget. Can’t praise the staff enough

I simply popped in to look at the design that was generated via Croydon branch (builders location). I am based near Bermondsey local branch . I am compelled to name the staff member because he was patient, extremely helpful and engaged as if it was his kitchen. A small galley kitchen that most would roll their eyes because of the intensity and energy I was exerting. Not him, he remained fully engaged and never lost focus. His attention to detail and design overview was comforting and not 'pushy salesmanship. He was not going to make a sale from me, however, his ideas and enthusiasm caused me to review previous decisions. If you are visiting the Bermondsey branch, a quaint, friendly team, but he was the staff member who deserves to be acknowledged by management. He is my plumb line in terms of customer service and is a credit to Howdens.

The design was perfect for the space.I found the ideal colour of the units and matching counter top with the help of the kitchen designer he made it so helpful and enjoyable to choose would definitely recommend

We've just had a new Howdens kitchen installed. Couldn't be happier with the end result. The Designer came up with a classic & practical design, with modern twists, maximising all space available. We made a few little tweaks along the way & nothing was ever too much trouble. Howdens were always quick to respond to any queries & accommodated all changes with ease (special thanks to the two people I dealt with). He was very knowledgable and professional with the design and planning, offering advice and suggestions without making me feel pressurised at any point. The person I dealt with was excellent from start to finish. Very accommodating and we never felt rushed, he was very professional in his advice and personal opinion. We saw the online designs and every change we wanted to make was done straight away. Once ordered and kitchen and appliances arrived, it was never an issue if we need to order extras or replacements needed. Even during Covid 19 it was never an issue or delay. Really happy with products and service this is the 2nd time in 4 years we have used Howdens, never an issue.

I recently bought my kitchen from Howdens, Godalming. Excellent customer service, particularly from the person who helped me design the kitchen and he was always there whenever I wanted to make any changes. Returning unwonted items was easy as was obtaining parts during the build. Post sales customer support has been excellent. I would definitely recommend Howdens.

We were recommended Howdens Bromsgrove by our builder (having knocked through the kitchen/dining room) the person I dealt with at Howdens Bromsgrove was very friendly, knowledgeable and committed to brilliant service at planning stage, installation and after service. We used the Torquay store for our proposed kitchen. Upon entering the store we were met by a man who talked us through the various ranges on offer. He was very personable, knowledgeable and not too pushy. He passed our details on to the planner/designer who called that evening to arrange a suitable time to meet in order to further discuss our needs. The planner arrived promptly on the arranged date and was very friendly and approachable. We discussed our vision and he was instantly overflowing with great ideas which he later converted into drawings for us to view. He was clever and creative with the limited space we have and we have now booked an appointment to visit him in store in order to move forward. Very impressive so far.

We visited Howdens in Hawkhurst twice to finalise our kitchen plan. Elly did an amazing job, really understood our requirements and didn't rush as at all despite a lot of deliberation over layout and appliance sizes. Elly gave great advice based on real examples and was a pleasure to deal with at all times. Despite not having a huge showroom it was easy to see the colours/finishes when deciding. The digital designs provided were really helpful and the collaborative process was easy despite us having never done this before. The only thing that could be better would be more choice on colours without having to go down the bespoke/paintable route. Would thoroughly recommend.

Our old kitchen was awful, and we desperately needed help. We popped into Howden's in Norwich just as they were closing on a Saturday at the beginning of August. It is now the beginning of September, and we are the proud owners of The Most Beautiful kitchen. The clever lady who designed it knew exactly what I wanted, and more importantly, what I needed. The plans arrived by email within 24 hrs of her visit, followed very quickly by well detailed plans and the very reasonable quote. She then put us in touch with a builder who (luckily for us) had had a job delayed and therefore had the time to fit our work in straight away. We are so very very pleased with the quality of the work carried out, the builders were careful, professional and kept us informed of things at all times. We felt that the care and finish that they achieved was as if it was their homes they were updating. We thank all those involved from the bottom of our hearts for making the whole experience so painless and for such a lovely, solid, well made, well fitted kitchen. 10 out of 10!!
