This garage is NOT registered with any Motor trade Union or Motor Ombudsman. They are a rule to their own any damage they cause to your vehicle they can get away with!!!!! You as a customer are not protected. Our vehicle went into the garage as a runner now we have a vehicle worthless bc of a cease engine! If they had done a diagnostic check (they’re saying they did but we KNOW!they didn’t) they would of known not of taken it out for a test drive (didn’t even get even half a mile away from the garage had to push the vehicle back) now we have a vehicle worth £11,000 worthless bc they’ve washed they’re hands of it and told us they’re done with it and to come and pick it up!!!! Trust me when I say they’re NOT regulated so any problems they can walk away and if you can afford to take them to Small claims court?! You can’t do a thing about it.

Go to a Garage that is registered with a Motor Ombudsman or trade Union! We wish we had!

I've been to this place for a few years now for MOT's, services and car repairs (I started going here through the recommendation of a friend, who's also an auto technician). I've always had great, prompt, service here. Some garages of the past have let me down, trust wise, but these people are really good and honest. I recently had an MOT failure (I'd gone to another garage because currently they can't do MOT's here). Back at PJS Auto's they fixed the issues for me very promptly and I'm writing this, to acknowledge their great service. Thoroughly recommended.

Turned up for MOT, turned away as I have a Tesla. No mention of this restriction on their website. Guy said they 'couldnt get the parts'. Didnt know MOTs needed parts.

I remember taking my vehicle to pjs for a fault which they said was accelerator pedal fault which needed changing, after changing it the fault was still present.

In the mean time I had done some research into fault and found out it was possibly coming from accelerator sensor at throttle housing.

This was dismissed without looking into it, another accelerator pedal was bought from main dealer but fault still persisted, I was advised to go to another garage who does electrical work.

Took car to said garage and guess what…. It was exactly what I said, fault was from accelerator sensor at throttle body which was gummed up…. Nothing to do with accelerator pedal which was not cheap and not needed !

I phoned them up for an MOT and was told "We don't take bookings over the phone, you just join a queue, we have two waiting" in a pretty unhelpful tone. So I popped down there, walked in a was subsequently told "We have two waiting, that's 45 minutes each and yours will be a couple of hours". If I had been told that over the phone I wouldn't have bothered going down there. The guy I dealt with couldn't have been more unhelpful and less co-operative if he'd tried. I got the general impression they didn't want to do my car (which had just been serviced elsewhere and is immaculate).

There is no way I would ever contemplate using this garage to touch my car after that non-existent customer service experience, I actually don't know how businesses with this attitude actually survive.

PJS mechanics have worked twice on my car in the last 6 months and have rectified huge problems.....they have been excellent and have advised me the whole time. It is always scary taking your beloved vehicle to any garage, but the staff here are AMAZING...!!! So honest and friendly and always willing to use their own time. Thank you for everything....

Being a single lady I was worried about being taken for a financial ride, but after my clutch went I rang various garages for quotes and was shocked at the prices I was given, my neighbour suggested PJS Autos and I was more than happy with the price, service and way in which PJS explained what had been done to my car, the clutch also had a 2 year warranty which none of the other garages mentioned. I have since recommended this garage to friends and family, and will use them all the time now

At last somewhere in Swindon where you can guarantee good, honest service! The work that they have carried out is clearly explained & any parts that they have needed to change are kept to show you the wear & tear.

Had this garage recommended to me by a friend. Very friendly staff with great knowledge, really honest about the work that needed carrying out and the price was a hell of alot cheaper then two other garages i had been to.

Will use forever onwards and would recommend to anyone else.
